“Firebox is quirky and I love to go to them for fun gifts for friends. When I had an issue with one of their products their customer service team reached out to be and took the time to listen, which was really appreciated. It can be expensive but you pay for creativity.”

“I love my product, however I pre ordered it in October for a birthday present, it said at the time it was available again in 2 weeks time yet I didn’t get it until January. Little bit long to wait and obviously the birthday had long gone by then.”

“I ordered something. It arrived 48 hours later. I'm happy with that. OK, they could have wrapped it in grade A wallpaper with a smile and a 'thank you' card, but then they'd probably have put the price up.”

“I’ve used firebox several times before. I like the range of different and quirky items which are great for gifts. However. The delivery charges,in my opinion, remain too high. Also - and this happened last year too - one of the items I wanted was unavailable. Higher demand around Christmas should be anticipated and extra stock held. Finally, one of my items came in a significantly damaged box (it was a game so the box is necessary). Since originally writing this review, Firebox have been in touch to rectify my issue. Fair play to them, they have refunded the damaged item and given me a discount on my next order. Hence, I have upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 stars.”

“Great site and service. 1 con I had is the slush puppy machine I purchased had the wrong description on their site. I thought I was buying the proper type where you add salt to a chamber and it slushes naturally. But really the machine just crushes ice.... My fridge does ice crushing the same :(”
