I ordered the "Peek a Boo - Hidden Face Personalised Cushion" from firebox and I'm dissatisfied with the end result. The picture of the product has a free-floating face on a white background. In the description, it says to upload your picture and they'll do the rest. They even make a big deal of selecting a photo with only one person in it so they can edit it properly. They printed the whole picture and didn't cut out my face at all! The mermaid sequins also are sewn on too tight so you can't swish them back and forth. I sent this to my Grandma for mother's day, she seems to like it (besides not being able to flip the sequins), but I'm so disappointed because I know what is was supposed to look like. Also arrived late. I'm including a photo but blocking my face.

I was delighted when my items arrived! It's so easy to find the ideal gift for anyone on this website 😁 I had to stop myself from buying everything 🙈 the crap wrap really added a unique touch, which I loved 😁 Loved the "big" surprise gift that was included in the package too 😂😂 thank you so much! It gave me a great laugh, and I will definitely be ordering again in future 😊

I bought a mystery box of games Quizzes and got them to deliver the box to my son and daughter in law who lives about a hours drive from me When it was delivered earlier than stated there was no indication who ordered it a mystery in itself after thinking about who sent it They told me what a fantastic box of games different Quizzes it was Thank you so much for the contents of the box it gave them hours of enjoyment in these troubled times Thank you so much

I contacted firebox because I thought my parcel hadn’t been delivered. They issued a refund for delivery straight away and contacted the courier. Turns out my parents had let the parcel in thinking it was there’s despite me asking if a parcel had been delivered for me. Because of this confusion I contacted firebox, I let them know to see if they could revoke the delivery refund but they said it’s okay and hope I come back again anyway. I’ve shopped with them for years & always loved their products. Really happy with this service also! Thank you!

I ordered a Mini me, it arrived in 6 days! I was expecting with Covid-19 for it to take even longer than the 10-15 days stated! Very impressed with how fast it got here and the product is exactly what I expected. I’ll definitely look into buying more gifts from here in the future.

Bought the retro mini tv, has trouble turning on, and had taken awhile to put together. After I figured out it wasn’t functioning correctly, firebox had sent out a brand new one. Good service who actually cares for their customers 😃👍🏼.

Firebox is quirky and I love to go to them for fun gifts for friends. When I had an issue with one of their products their customer service team reached out to be and took the time to listen, which was really appreciated. It can be expensive but you pay for creativity.

This is the first website I hop onto when there is a Birthday//Christmas is around the corner and it never disappoints! Never fails to provide inspiration and spread joy. Though admittedly, some of the novelty gifts (chocolate anuses or a little dancing jesus for example) are a little pricier than I'd like, it's always 100% worth it for the smile on people's faces when they open them. I recently bought my sister a disco bath light for her birthday because she claimed that baths are "boring and take too long". Now she's never out of the bath!! Packages always arrive quickly and nothing has ever arrived damaged, have never had any issues with this site or the items. I have recommended this site to a number of my close friends and family and will continue shopping on it for the years to come.

I got my personalized Lego today and it exceeded all my expectations. Even with a pandemic raging around us, The customer service excellent. Special thanks to Luca for going above and beyond to help me with my order. I cant wait to give it to my friend.

I ordered 3 of the Isolation Mystery boxes for family and friends, they were opened together via video links, but all three contained exactly the same things, and most of the contents were quickly discarded as being rubbish. I’ve bought Firebox mystery boxes in the past and they were fun, but I’m afraid these missed the mark badly and it was pretty poor that all three boxes contained exactly the same items.

Although our Isolation Mystery Boxes do contain the same items, this is because we have a variety of classic Mystery Box types i.e Gadget, Home, Foodie, Unusual. Our range does expand throughout the year to feature Disney, Star Wars, Valentines, Black Friday and Christmas-themed Mystery Boxes the same way we now have Isolation Mystery Boxes. When we do have multiple versions of a Mystery Box (such as Secret Santa) these will be differentiated by types and a multiple choice options on the product page - a little bit like our current Party Game Lucky Dip 1, 2 and 3. I purchase the spicy gummy bears for my husband as a gift. I don't like spice so I haven't tried them but my husband really likes them. He said they are not the most firey thing he's tried but they definitely have strong kick to them which of course gets stronger the more you eat. He's quickly going through the bag so I will probably have to get some more soon! Thank you firebox, quick delivery too 🙂

I purchased a "Foodie box", I didn't expect too much as was just a bit of fun, the items I got were okay, mostly reduced in the site though so actually the claim that they would have cost over £45 individually at the time I bought them was incorrect as it was less, sadly as well £7.99 of the "Foodie" box was a tub of fried chicken shaped erasers... I don't need erasers, they are not edible, I wouldn't expect to see them in an edible box? So at time of purchase the edible items I received were worth £27.96 which is about what I paid for the box plus delivery. So no saving and a bit pointless. Nicely presented, reasonably quick delivery under the circumstances, everything is in good condition, but fairly disappointing overall and I now have a tub of novelty erasers that will be given away somehow.

The one star is for the speed of delivery which was excellent. The product itself was so disappointing I was embarrassed to be giving it is as a present, even my 12 year old son commented on how we'd obviously been given the stuff that couldn't sell. It was supposed to be something that would cheer my husband up having his birthday in self isolation but I think he thought I'd lost the plot effectively giving him cheap plastic and puzzle books which I could have got for a third of the price at WHSmith. I feel like I've been robbed and I will have to spend more money now to make up for this bad gift. Sadly I won't be buying from this company again and certainly will be advising anyone else to stay well clear of the mystery boxes.

I think the products are presented in a misleading way. I bought three different products at the same time and none of them were true to the website description. I see the reviews facility for products on the website has been disabled and I assume this is why. Basically, stuff looks good on the website and is a reasonable price but when it arrives it is, in my experience, either much smaller than it was presented as, badly made or just doesn't work at all. A real shame because the products look unique. I made the mistake of buying products as gifts and was left embarrassed when the recipients opened them and we all realised how shoddy they were. EDIT: Firebox contacted me following this review and asked for specific feedback, which I gave. On the basis of my feedback they refunded me for three of the products I had bought. They also gave me a £10 credit to use within a year. Their customer service was very efficient and on that basis I have changed my rating from "poor" to "acceptable".

I got the Boba Tea night light and I love it so much. It arrived on time, and Firebox sent texts to update me on delivery times, which was very helpful. The product is so cute, he's small but lights up very well. There's also little black plastic balls rattling around inside which is cute.
