“Package took almost a month to arrive. Emails sent to customer service took at least a week for response. Product was subpar. In general, disappointed in my whole experience.”

Your Firebox experience as well as your feedback about it, is very valuable to us and we do not want it to be a negative one. We looked into your order and can see you reached out to us during the Christmas period to let us know the item did not meet your expectations. We are sure you can understand that with the Christmas bank holidays, our inboxes were saturated with queries. Our small customer service team worked very hard to catch up with the backlog of messages across all channels as quickly as possible. However, we do understand the worry and the frustration that comes with order mishaps around the Christmas holidays. We did try our best to rectify the situation and to say sorry for the inconvenience you were provided with a voucher to use in your next shop. We hope we can make it up to you next time! “I unfortunately had parcels delivered to the wrong address due to the courier printing labels incorrectly. Firebox refunded me in full though so I’m happy with the outcome. It’s just a shame the courier let them down on this occasion.”

“The delivery was super speedy and with tracking. There was a slight issue with one of the items on arrival but customer service was excellent and a replacement sent out without any bother. Would thoroughly recommend purely on customer service alone.”

“Firebox always offers something different and every year I come back for another gift to purchase for Christmas. Over the years I have to say that the goods are always ‘out there’ and unique. I’ve never not came away with something. Have to admit though there is more of a trend towards what could be called offensive or rude things such as swearing or even genitals and even though it doesn’t bother me as such I worry that Firebox will go down this route more, effecting the class that they have. A couple of items I’ve bought haven’t been particularly great such as the mini record player and the mystery box but other things have been fantastic. Keep up the good work Firebox and keep up the Packer of sweets too!”
