“Ordered wine glasses and they turned up very quickly, unfortunately one had a slight crack so sent a WhatsApp message and within the hour had a response and new set of glasses being sent on their way without the hassle of a returns. Childe responded to my message so big thumbs up and thanks again 👍 keep up the good work”

“As I confirmed my order I realised It hadn’t added the 15% discount code, spoke to someone called childe on their what’s app contact page, amazing customer service, the difference was refunded to my acct immediately, really fast service. Thank you”

“It must be partially cultural differences, but as a resident of the United States, the experience I had when dealing with Firebox’s customer service team was unlike anything that I’ve grown accustomed to. There was a very minor hiccup in the delivery of my order—the courier’s problem, not this company—but they were so cool about it and ultimately made sure to send it out a replacement for the item that was lost in transit. Bottom line, they’re 110% on top of their game and just made what might have otherwise been a mildly frustrating experience very easy and very helpful. Henceforth, I will definitely be a customer for the long haul.”

“Helped today by Annabelle, had an issue with shipping in which the ordered item hadn’t turned up after a week! Annabelle was extremely quick in rectifying the issue and refunded the shipping cost! Firebox - you’re the best!”

“I've been using Firebox for a good few years now and the stock never ceases to amuse. There is always something for that difficult to buy for person. You can keep up to speed with your deliverys easily, thankfully they don't use the dreaded hermes or yodel either (please don't ever change this). Customer service is easy to get through to, real human beings on the other end who have a very efficient and relaxed manner. Shaneen has been wonderful. Give them a pay rise and lots of chocolate /booze.”

“The customer service here is amazing! I contacted them via Twitter as my Secret Santa gift hadn't made it's way to my recipient yet and they couldn't have been more helpful in finding a solution to the problem (which was 100% my fault, putting the wrong address on!). Childe helped me immensely and made me laugh on a tough day. I look forward to ordering from you again soon :)”
