I stupidly checked out without applying the 15% discount that was being offered on the Black Friday weekend. Even though this was obviously totally my fault, within a really short amount of time I was refunded the 15% by Andrew from their Customer Service team. Considering most brands have had to reduce headcount (which has impacted their customer experience levels) this was an awesome interaction and solidified why I keep coming back to buy from Firebox! Thank you, Andrew, and thank you, Firebox.

The gifts I ordered arrived quickly and are exactly as described, I'm delighted! I also love the fun mails and updates I received from Firebox, they made me smile everytime. Unfortunately, one item was damaged during shipment, but Childe and Annabelle from customer service helped resolve this issue quickly and correctly. On top of that, they were super-friendly :) I will definitely order again here, happy customer!

CS was always on par, whether it was Annabelle or Dean. Lightning quick turnaround, easy fixes, I just had to choose from sensible options.

I want to say I am very happy with the amazing customer service at Firebox. Well Done!! I am a regular customer for the past 15 years til last year (social issues) and Firebox have been great. This time round I had to deal with an enquiry through Andrew about my parcel delay etc. He is a pleasent fella and patient with me enquiry which he sorted it out for via a delay apology. Total professionalism from Andrew; he is an asset for the company. Firebox, keep up the good work.

Great selection of Christmas gifts on the website. Unfortunately, one of the items in my first delivery was damaged. I contacted customer service and the situation was resolved within minutes with a friendly advisor, Childe. Best customer service I've experienced this year. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

I was delighted with communication from Firebox and speed of delivery of items ordered (one bag of very😂 strong coffee and 2 toilet lights). All items were ordered as Christmas gifts. The two toilet lights were disappointing- both had a small part (the same small part) rattling round the boxes on arrival- the glue wasn’t strong enough! Also - although they claim to be static or scrolling colour, there are no instructions as to how to achieve your choice. As these are intended as amusing stocking gifts, I am keeping them and not returning, but my little feeling of disappointment lingers. Overall though, I’m likely to shop Firebox again

Firebox customer service is second to none! I made a really silly error on an order and Tom was beyond helpful to fix it even though it was my fault. My email was responded to in less than 10 minutes and I can’t think of another company who have ever been that quick. Very impressed, thank you!

Childe was amazing. My parcel was delayed when I’d ordered next day delivery because of an issue with YODEL. I just had to explain this and a full shipping refund was organised, and they have enquired with YODEL themselves so I don’t have to spend the time doing it. Great service!!
