“Quick delivery, nicely packaged. Only thing was the spreadable gin did not have even a hint of gin, it tasted completely or marmalade, nice marmalade but no gin and the idea of this gift was the gin being infused.”

“I recently contacted Firebox customer service department to inquire about the tracking on my package. Due to all of the confusion with COVID-19, my package was sent via international air mail instead of DHL. To my surprise, due to the longer length of time it will take to receive my package, Firebox refunded my shipping costs! Way to go above and beyond Firebox! I will definitely be telling everyone of your excellent customer service and awesome products! Thank you again.”

“Bought for my sister for her birthday ... then slightly regretted as I'd already got her some spreadable pink gin, and I could have kept this back for her next birthday, or Christmas. But she loves the stuff so much, I'm sure she'll be happy with a pot of each on both occasions. Thank you, Firebox.”

“My sister loves gin but has no-one to drink it with any more and has a cupboard full of bottles of gin ... Imagine my delight when I discovered this as an alternative. I bought her a pot of this and a pot of spreadable pink gin; I think a boxful would have been better until her birthday comes around again. The parcel arrived before I had time to warn her, but I had it addressed to me so she didn't open it. Well packed with other items ordered.”

“The Little B dumpling light is a life saver for me. I just can’t recommend this product enough as a nightlight for children. For the past 2 months my 5 year old has had terrible nights and really needed a nightlight to help him. I researched EVERYWHERE for the perfect nightlight for a child. It needed to be portable so he can have it in bed, no sounds or light changes that would keep him awake and most importantly squishy so he can cuddle it! This Little dumpling so good that we got one for my daughter too plus the big dumpling for the baby’s room which is even better... Firebox have been brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful when I had a problem with one of my lights, even posting a replacement to us in Germany ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
