I would have given no stars if that was available. I ordered items before Xmas, they didn't arrive. Try to contact after Xmas as appreciate busy, no answers to WhatsApp, emails, tweets, messenger for almost a month. When did, was told very busy with issues and not enough staff. This was my first and last order from Firebox.

We've taken a look into your order and we can see it was damaged in transit and we sent out a replacement at your request, with upgraded delivery. You were also refunded your postage costs. Was so bad I ordered a mug for £10 then the website glitched and did the purchase twice then when I asked for one of the orders to be cancelled they waited a week to reply once the mug was sent to say they couldn’t cancel the order because it had already arrived. I ended up paying the postage twice for both the mugs as well which was an extra £8 on top of the order

I love my product, however I pre ordered it in October for a birthday present, it said at the time it was available again in 2 weeks time yet I didn’t get it until January. Little bit long to wait and obviously the birthday had long gone by then.

As every time I've used Firebox, it's been a quick and easy process and delivery has been next day. I don't think I've ever had an item from them that I wasn't pleased with (apart from that blue beer, but we don't talk about that)

To whom it may concern, I made an order purchase (nº5394580), on 9th January that never reached its destination and I was never informed if there was a problem with the shipment or gave my any solution.

Although the item I bought was seriously delayed, this wasn't Firebox's fault and they kept me informed of the projected dates along with an option to cancel. I can't fault their service.

Firebox is great for having unique gift ideas however, I’ve had issues on multiple occasions where items have arrived broken. Getting them exchanged has taken a long time and has in the past, the exchanges item also came broken! On the last occasion I ordered a plant pot over a month before Christmas. I had no delivery information and when it did arrive it was chipped. As it was a Christmas gift that previously sold out the year before I was really disappointed but ordered an exchange As I had enough time, even sending proof of postage for the broken item to have a replacement sent out sooner. It was never sent out and the item was sold out again so I had to scramble to come up with a new idea For a gift with only days to spare and It didn’t compare to the original idea. Another gift came with a foreign adapter though that info wasn’t specified in the description. I don’t think I’ll be using Firebox again which is a shame as the gift ideas are always very cool at the holidays.

Worst place I have ever bought from my package took weeks longer than it was supposed to and when I got the package it was all beat up and holes in the box.
