Nose wire was stichted into the wrong place on mine , so the mask pretty much can't be used properly.

Having waited for ages for Sloan the Sloth to come back into stock, I finally received mine a couple of weeks ago. There's no doubt he is insanely cute and very loveable BUT when I originally looked at these creatures, and ordered mine I am sure it also heated up. But alas, my sloth lacks a warm heart (or warm anything, to be honest). To add to my disappointment it appears I have received a distant relative of Sloan rather than the real McCoy as his arms are much shorter than I expected and won't even cuddle round my neck/shoulders (and I do not have a particularly fat neck), his little paws also do not hold together so I have to hold onto him so he doesn't fall off me! The 'massager' experience is more of a high powered vibrating thing. No gentle or in between mode, just full on pneumatic drill. Not pleasant. I have fibromyalgia and have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders but sadly after my treatment with said Sloan the Sloth, the pain was worse :( I have shopped from Firebox for many years and always been delighted with Firebox and its service and products. However, MY Sloan the Sloth is but a poor impersonator of what it was supposed to be, a sloth in sheep's clothing, a furry fraud xx

First time ordering from Firebox. I Was worried about the the international shipping, but it came in 3 days! Only complaint I have is the Bao/dumpling light I bought is a little bit caved in at the top probably from rough shipping.

We looked into your order and can see your parcel is out for delivery and should arrive today (July 13th). We e-mailed you directly the tracking for you to follow this yourself, do give your inbox a check! We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused, this really sucks. Unfortunately Canada Post has been rather overwhelmed due to the COVID crisis and the reduced number of planes for transit of goods.  We wouldn't charge you for a service you didn't receive - it's only fair! So with this in mind, refunded you the postage, seeing as you didn’t get the delivery service you paid for with your hard-earned money. Unacceptable. The refund will be reflected in your bank account within a few working days. Don't hesitate to get back to us if you need anything further through e-mail. Bought 4 of the Greenzaurus as gifts, and sadly one didn't make it in transit. However, firebox sent me a new one promptly and it appeared next day! Top quality service!

My order came really quickly which was great, however my XL dumpling lamp (although very cute) came with a slightly scratched eye and cheek hence the 3 stars.

Hi Firebox. My girlfriend bought a Sloan the Sloth Back massager, and put batteries in it. However, it turned off after about 10 minutes of being on. I have changed the batteries again, but it won't turn back on. Can you help me please?

As my previous review stated, I had an order that never showed, and some delays in getting a response from customer service. However, they did eventually respond, and sent my order again, this time with tracking, at no additional charge to me. The package (I Love Spreadsheets mug) arrived this time, and the recipient absolutely loves it (and spreadsheets). I’m plenty pleased with the product, and appreciative of the company making things right. It might take a bit, but they will ultimately do right by the customer.

Hamm is fantastic!! Bought the Hamm money box as a treat for myself (hey everyone needs a treat once in a while don't they?) and I must admit the fact he was on sale swayed me, bought him on the 19th June and was told he would arrive on the 25th, lo and behold he arrived early (on Tuesday) I never expected him to be as big as he is or as good as he is and at £12 he's a complete steal (even at the original price he'd be well worth it). He now has pride of place on my mantelpiece and every time I look at him he makes me smile. A big thanks to you all and the delivery dude who made sure Hamm got to me in one piece.

Firebox’s customer service is top notch! I ordered 2 small gifts for my nephew who lives in the USA and ran into some shipping/customs issues due to the pandemic. I reached out to customer service with my concerns and received prompt replies back on both the WhatApp and email. Eventually the gifts were received and my nephew has been happily driving everyone crazy repeatedly playing the jazz record on the world’s smallest turntable. Thanks so much for making him happy Firebox!

Excellent item. There was a bit of an issue with delivery. As I had purchased the item as a guest, I had no tracking number for the item. Even though I opened an account afterwards, there was no link to my order number. I now know I should have created an account before purchasing. Unfortunately, Royal Mail did not leave a card showing that delivery had been attempted, so without the tracking number, I was completely unaware. When I contacted Firebox, as no item had been received, they were extremely helpful and provided me with the tracking details and I was able to locate the parcel with Royal Mail, and collected the same from them.

Aside from the product being awesome, the customer service was phenomenal. The first time I received the parcel it was unfortunately damaged along the delivery journey, so after contacting Firebox, they promptly resolved the issue and sent me another mug free of charge! Excellent customer service as well products :) Highly recommend!

I ordered the Gameboy watch for my boyfriend's birthday, but it never arrived. I attributed this to the Covid pandemic, but then Firebox reached out to me to check if I was satisfied. I let them know that I hadn't received it yet, and they profusely apologized, refunded my shipping, and sent out another watch. It came fairly quickly and my boyfriend loves it. The high quality product and great customer service are sincerely appreciated!

I ordered a couple of Brick Yourself frames for my husband and father as gifts from my children. The post man had very kindly(!) delivered them with a thud on the floor and I was so worried they'd been damaged. Once carefully unboxing to check the damage, I was so pleased to find that everything was intact but my husband had gone walkies in the frame 😂 This was easily fixed as I opened up both frames, gave them a quick clean, popped husband back into place and closed them up. The quality of the frames and the figures are awesome! I loved that an accessory was included with the figure which really completed the 'personalised' aspect. Regarding customer services, I had made a complete lemon out of myself by sending my Order number incorrectly.. Once Shaneen @cs had suggested there may have been an error with the number, I gave my now corrected order number and she happily sent me my royal mail tracking details and very politely handled the mix up on my behalf. She asked if I needed assistance with anything else and fully made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. Will definitely order from Firebox again in the future. Thank You so much 🙂

I ordered a mug on 8 May and was told it would be delayed. On 12 May, my account was debited and I was notified it had shipped, but there was no tracking (coming to the US). On 10 JUNE, the mug still hadn’t arrived and I emailed the company for assistance. I have yet to get a reply (or my order delivered), though on 11 June, I did get an email asking me to rate the product. Super helpful.

We know it sounds like an excuse (and it is really), but the new Corona world temporarily swamped our customer service team - leading to a bit of a delay, but we’re back at full power and doing all we can to make our customers as happy as possible again! Your chosen delivery method was untracked, so it means we didn't have any tracking info to provide through our confirmation e-mails. It has been some time since you posted this and we can see you have now been offered the choice between a replacement or a full refund. As you chose a replacement, our customer services team upgraded the delivery to a tracked shipping method so we can help you keep an eye on the journey of this new parcel. used firebox quite a few times in the past and never had any issue. on most recent order the deliver was really delayed (covid 19 at the time to be fair) and contacted customer service for help tracking it down. naturally it arrived the same day but was given a refund on postage anyway due to the delay. no issues with using again
