With our Hidden Jewellery Bath Bomb we do state in the product description the kind of jewellery you might get: rings, necklaces and earrings; made from either silver, white gold or yellow gold. Each piece is valued between £10 and £2000. We are sorry that in this instance, you were not pleasantly surprised with the hidden jewellery. “I recently bought a gift form my brother, and it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. My brother loved the gift! The “crap wrap” gift wrapping was especially great! I’ve bought from firebox many times over the years, and they always have interesting products and great gift ideas!”

“Had a lovely experience with Firebox! The range of stuff on the website is great. I bought two things for my sister’s birthday, and she absolutely loved them! But also, the correspondence in emails from Firebox about the status of my order were brilliant. The little funny extras in the emails were brilliant, and made a usually boring confirmation/dispatch/etc email fun. Will definitely shop here again!!”

“My delivery was never delivered. I even paid extra for express shipping. I asked for the item to be deliverd to my new adress (in a different country) and they refused to ship there so no package for me.”

We would have loved nothing more than to send out your order but the items within it we cannot ship to Belgium due to a variation of reasons, including the shipping restrictions imposed by the courier. “Got the Valentine's box , was very disappointed with contents , 4 items , 3 of which I had in previous box over Xmas so couldn't gift it again , not very happy , waste of money and would have to think of its worth getting one again , I have had many boxes before and been happy !!!!”

Unfortunately there is a certain risk when ordering any type of mystery box. As the contents are unknown, they may not necessarily be to your particular taste. Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to offer our usual 30-day, no-quibble returns policy, if you later change your mind, or otherwise decide to return the product through no fault of Firebox. We did however, contact you directly on Feb 19th to see if there was anything we could do to make this up to you. However, you did not respond to us. “Ordering from this fab company has been a treat from start to finish!! The ordering process and sweetest confirmation/tracking emails along the way have been the best, major credit due to customer service. My parcel also arrived very early, which was such a great surprise! The lil dumpling light is exactly what I wanted, it’s a little on the small side but it’s very bright so the perfect little decoration. Thanks again firebox!!”

“Placed an order last week due to the fact that it said delivery 4-7 days. Delivery still not here. First time I've used Firebox so I'm obviously disappointed so far and not sure if I'd use again due to this 😕”
