My order came and was unfortunately wrong but I contacted fire box via email and then they sent me their WhatsApp so I messaged that and a lovely worker named Annabelle helped me and gave me a voucher to order a new one for free with delivery included, amazing customer service!

I was worried about delivery time for before Christmas as it's exactly 2 weeks away, and when I was on the shipping page and when I saw a notification saying my gifts wouldn't arrive in time, I was disheartened. But after messaging the Facebook page, Annabelle was quick to reply and immediately sorted the issue out for me, turned out it was just a small technical issue! This company is amazing and has wonderful customer service too!

Firebox was really helpful after I made an order and put the wrong address in. They couldn't change the address for me but what they did was contact me when the item was dispatched and offer me a change of address or refund. I had already ordered another one to the correct address so just got a refund.

Although items were damaged in delivery , firebox replied to my query within mins via WhatsApp , Annebelle was lovely in her reply and arranged the refund immediately, the item was now out of stock , disappointed but we could keep the item ( choc bombs so still could be used just not as a present as intended ) so little bonus there

I wrote into firebox to ask for an exchange on a faulty product. I received a quick response from their customer services team (a guy called Andrew Brind) who was so lovely. He sorted my issue immediately and was incredibly polite and understanding. Will definitely buy from firebox again!

Product arrived damaged. Which is Probably Yodels fault(USELESS) Annabelle was quick to reply to me and offered me a refund without question after seeing the damage on my product Very good customer service

I ordered a personalised item but there was an issue with my delivery address being defaulted to a different postcode. After using Firebox's WhatsApp customer service, the problem has been resolved! Huge thanks to Annabelle who helped me massively today. Although my item cannot be delivered by Christmas (not Firebox's fault, I think it's an external supplier).... Its still a success story. Huge thanks guys.... Your customer service is wonderful. Only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is because I haven't received the item to say whether I am pleased with it yet. Had to contact the customer services regarding a query. I used the WhatsApp function and I had a really quick response. First was an automated reply saying it could be up to 24hours but I got a message within 30mins or so? It was Annabelle that helped me out and honestly she was fab! So friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She gave me the answers I needed and was an all round fab girl to speak with. Thanks again for your help! (Give this gal some extra paid days off, she deserves it!) You should be really chuffed you have a person like her working for you.

While some of the products are on the pricey side, the shopping experience is more enjoyable and informative than other sites. One part of my order was shipped straight from the supplier and never reached me. I never had a dispatch confirmation so waited a while before chasing it up. A real human got back to me very quickly apologising as it must have been lost, and the item was re-sent with no issues. I was "cheekily" asked to leave a review which I normally can't face doing, but the actual human interaction and liberal use of .GIFs swayed me.

I received an order which was damaged by the delivery company Yodel after they threw it over my wall. I contacted Firebox and within minutes Andrew Brind replied to my email. I was very impressed with the prompt response. I sent pictures of my damaged product and Andrew arranged a refund within the hour. Absolutely brilliant online service it’s a shame about the delivery company.

Speedy arrival of the cushion, well made. The image came out quite dark and pixilated but I contacted customer service and Andrew resolved straight away. Great service! Will use again

I made a relatively expensive order on the site and a technological flaw meant the parcel was being sent to an address I no longer lived at or had access to. Childe in customer services was extremely helpful, sorted out a refund on the express order I had purchased, and sorted out a return to sender for me, allowing me to re-order the delivery to the correct address hassle free, and in full knowledge that my first order would be refunded and sorted. Thanks for the quick, and helpful service!

I placed an order recently which unfortunately never turned up. Not because of Firebox, because of Yodel being less than useless! It’s a shame because the products on sale are pretty cool and definitely make great presents. Having said that, the customer service has been impeccable, especially from Andrew who dealt with my query! Super friendly and quick replies and updates to my e-mails. Also, he was really understanding of the situation. I will be ordering again at some point, but maybe don’t use Yodel as the courier haha ;)
