“Love the selection of quirky products and great prices. Been using Firebox for years. This time, an order of personalised items was delayed, whilst I received an order I'd placed after it. The replies I received to my enquiries were amazing! They really took the time to find out what was happening and I wasn't fobbed off with excuses. The postage was immediately refunded, and the box did indeed arrive before Christmas. I rhen received a 'sorry' code for future use, which was a nice touch. I hadn't ordered items of very high value, but they gifts that were important to me. Very impressed and I'll continue shopping with Firebox”

“Everything arrived very quickly - in just a couple of days (faster than I'd expected) and everything was precisely as described. The Firebox site is relatively easy to navigate and the checkout process is simple. The people who received the presents I bought seem to have enjoyed them. I've used Firebox in the past and would use them again in the future.”
