I placed an order to be delivered on 3-5 days and after over 10 days the company told me that it was a misunderstanding and that in fact takes longer. I paid for the most expensive delivery option to be sure that the item was arriving on time as it was for a birthday and the birthday has passed and still no news and no actions from them. They haven't even offered to refund me for the delivery been more expensive. Don't buy here.

The handling of this transaction by Firefox certainly involved misleading and deceptive conduct and might amount to fraud. I have from Firefox confirmation of receipt of order on 14 December AND confirmation of DISPATCH via Yodel on 15 December complete with a consignment number and tracking number as well as an estimated date of delivery being 19/20 th December. When the item did not appear I contacted Yodel who told me that whilst the consignment number had been raised, the item was not available for collection !!. I then contacted the UK phone number provided by Firefox to be told that THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK AND HAD NOT BEEN WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER!!!. Had I been advised that the item was not in stock (the contrary advice was provided) I would not have placed the order and would have shopped elsewhere particularly as this was a Christmas gift. By the time I finally established that the iteM would not be arriving it was too late to arrange alternative purchase.

This is not a review of firebox as the products are usually great but I ordered a brick yourself ergo aliased Lego man as a Christmas gift .....it was s**t, looked nothing like the photo provided, wrong hair style wrong hair colour and I said in interests she enjoyed rugby but instead she is wearing a cardigan. Due twit being personalised there are no refunds so avoid this product its shit

Ordered something in February and it arrived 3 months later in May even though it said it would "take a few weeks"

I have never come across a website like this ever. The emails made me smile with such humour and can tell they really care for their customers. Package came very quick and an even bigger smile came on my face with a little suprise hidden in the box. Needless to say i will be returning to this website again very soon. Very happy with my purchace. Thanks firebox!

I just received my first order from Firebox. It took a total of 11 business days to reach me in Wisconsin. Considering I paid less than $7 for shipping, that's pretty good! Also, my ordered was well packed and in perfect condition when it arrived. I would definitely recommend Firebox, and I plan on shopping there again.

Update 20160319: I've received a full refund after directly contacting Firebox support. Original Review: Item never arrived. I placed my order on December 26, 2015 and it apparently shipped on December 29th. I had ordered it as a birthday present and with only a few days to go to January 23rd, I checked with my post office per the instructions in the shipping confirmation email. There was no package and USPS said that not having a tracking number was unusual. On January 27, 2016 I received an email from Firebox asking for a review. One of the options on the survey was "Item never arrived", which I clicked, and was given the impression that the matter would be looked into. Today is February 21, 2016 and have yet to receive any further follow up about my missing item. My friend ordered the same thing from Amazon and received it in 2 days with Prime. Clearly that's what I should have done.

Good, only complaint lies with Yodel who left my package sitting in front of my door all day. But that is no fault of Firebox.

Firebox has something for everyone, prices range from high to low but generally are fair. I'd always recommend a mystery box as well, those things are always full of funky stuff and REALLY good value for money!!!
