“Horrendous. Each time I order, something goes wrong. Wrong items, parcel lost etc. Customer services takes ages to respond and doesn’t really seem to care. Never ordering again.”

We are sure you can understand that with the Christmas bank holidays, our inboxes were saturated with queries. Our small customer service team worked very hard to catch up with the backlog of messages across all channels as quickly as possible. However, we do understand the worry and the frustration that comes with order mishaps around the Christmas holidays. We looked into the order and can see it was sent out using Untracked International Airmail and did not arrive within the timeframe and considered lost in post. Due to the chosen delivery method being untracked, there is no way for us to know what happened to your parcel. We are very sorry about this and can understand its disappointing. However, we can see you were refunded in full for the order. “We bought the wine glass sippy cups for a novelty Christmas gift for folks with a new home with a pool. Great, fun product that we know they'll enjoy! We ran into a snafu with the shipping and did not receive them before Christmas (ordered 12/6) BUT Firebox made it right and sent us a replacement shipment. Thank you Firebox.”

“My purchase was thrown onto a roof by yodel and left to get soaked by the rain and thus was defective. Whilst Firebox refunded me the item I felt there was more they could do especially as there was no replacement item to be had. All very poor over Christmas.”
