“Ordered product on 26 Nov. Two weeks later it didn't arrive so contacted Firebox to be told there is a problem with their warehouse. They then re-ordered, only to contact me later that day to say it was out of stock. Absolute shambles - would strongly advise against using Firebox.”

“Love the website (very millennial), easy to order and pay. LOVED the delivery; reasonably priced, fast and packaging is very good. Product range is pretty good (although some non-exclusive items may be slightly cheaper elsewhere) and they come as advertised.”
