“From the easy to navigate layout of the website, to the simple process, I can say with great pleasure that this company cares about their customers. Additionally, the humorous emails (love the one with Si Peg) are amusing. The parcel service is great, friendly delivery person. I will buy again, periodically. And I have already introduced friends and family to Firebox.”

“I ordered the tech box but got the drink one instead. Not suitable for my 13 year old son and subsequently out of stock when I went to re order for for of his Christmas presents. Kept the drink box for myself instead of the hassle of returning which was very good so gave 4 stars despite the error :)”

“Ordered three surprise boxes for 36 ish nothing wrong with the items just a shame no variation in them we all got the same so the surprise was pretty much lost”

“Twice this has happened with Firebox now...I order something and it doesn't come. It was sent back to the warehouse apparently, when I went onto 'track my parcel,' there was some rubbish about needing a signature but considering there was a whole host of people in the house, there was no knock on the door and no 'sorry we missed you' postcard it just looked like it was never sent. It happened last year at Christmas too. This time it was for a selection of presents for my husband and a friend. Unfortunately my husband got COVID and holed himself up elsewhere so I didn't see him over Christmas anyway and had enough time to order from another company which DID deliver what I ordered. As for my friend, well I had to cancel him because I had to stay in for our 4 year child. At least I can now get cheaper presents elsewhere. Two failures out of two, Firebox. I used to use you a lot and like you, those days are over, you can't use a website which you're not actually sure if your order is going to arrive or not. I won't be using you again. I've contacted you for a refund and I'm going to unsubscribe. I'd like to say that it's been fun but I'm not going to lie to you.”
