“If you are willing to spend just that little bit extra then there really is something for everyone and anyone. Plenty of items which I have never seen before and every item is at a brilliant quality. The delivery is fast and nothing ever gets damaged. I have am a regular customer of Firebox. Highly recommend.”

“Totally chilled out shopping experience online....never fail to find something for that awkward person you don't know what to buy !!! Also love the originality of the whole correspondence emails and the little personal effort that they put in....oh and they have so much to offer....a huge variety when gift shopping ???? Really happy with the service from beginning to end !!!”

“From the very beginning of my order the service has been spot on. I live in the Channel Islands which can cause problems when you want something delivered quickly, but with Firebox I received my order in just a couple of days. I like the emails you receive when your order is confirmed or despatched - they made me smile. Great idea to give a little packet or sweets in the packaging!!!!!”

“I've bought a lot of stuff from Firebox this Christmas (the first time I've ever done the big shop online). It's been a thoroughly positive experience. Even though they sell a lot of stupid stuff, it has made me stupidly happy. They package their stuff brilliantly. Nothing was broken or in any other way damaged. Two things in particular stand out for me. The first was the mystery box. That thing was a life-saver because it had so many different aspects to it that I was able to fill out a whole mass of 'smaller' Christmas gifts that still remain unusual and good gifts. But you really have to stop and think and consider where things go within family, friends and acquaintances. But it's definitely doable and you'll discover that you've been able to cover a lot more 'difficult' gift solutions than you think. The second thing that I got that makes me smile is the 'Nessie' colander. It's smaller than I expected and you couldn't use it for big loads of pasta, for example. But it's the perfect size for vegetables. It's also a beautiful and cheering design. It makes me feel like my kitchen is my kitchen - and not something out of a brochure. The other thing I'd like to say about Firebox is that they delivery personnel are great. Apart from the packaging and speed of dispatch, what impressed me most was that I received two packages when it was massively piddling down with freezing rain. Instead of just throwing the stuff at me, they had big gleaming grins and said: "This'll make you happy", and it did. I've had a massively positive experience with Firebox. Too many bloody unicorns on their site, though (and I write this as a gay man).”
