I ordered the grip strip and it did not stick to anything. The company was very responsive and refunded me quickly. They also offered to send a replacement but I declined.

I love the brand and consistently mention it to friends. I was therefore disappointed when I recently ordered a mug for next day delivery (with hours to spare to ensure next day delivery) and it didn’t turn up in time.

Unfortunately our next-day cut off is 3PM, meaning that your order could have never arrived the following day. Hi guys, I am a big fan of your brand - love the products on offer and love your overall tone. The two gifts I recently purchased were also perfect once received. The reason I have marked you down is that I paid for next day delivery, but the gifts arrived two days later. At the time I spoke with your Twitter customer service team and they were very helpful! Overall - I would still use the site, but might go for longer delivery times!

I'm only putting down accepatable because the product is a really good idea and the recipient loved it. However I would advise going forward if there are any shipping issues/delays, Firefox should notify the customer ASAP and not wait for them to chase it up.

The product I ordered is not very good. It is nowhere near as clear as the picture on the box (I bought the phone projector in black).

Love firebox and bought quite a bit of stuff from them. However really disappointed as the power lead broke after a few uses and really struggling to find a replacement

Item I ordered must have been pictures with an extremely small adult as when it arrived it was no where near the size I expected, feel like it was false advertising, regardless my friend I bought it for was over the moon with it. There was also no communication regarding item Being back in stock for my pre order, it arrived before I had any news from yourselves , caused a lot of stress as the money had already been taken from my account as soon as I pre- ordered 7 weeks prior

Ordered a package early Dec, hadnt arrived even though tracking shows it had been delivered, was asked if i wanted a refund or package to be resent, waited over a month but replacement package has arrived

I usually love firebox but my last order was promised to be delivered before Christmas and it wasn’t. Firebox did refund my delivery but they weren’t that helpful, considering they promised my present would arrive before Christmas and it was useless after that. I understand Christmas is busy but it also took them a long time to reply despite me trying WhatsApp, commenting on Instagram emailing. As I said, I usually love firebox but i was really disappointed this time around.

The item was as expected, however I ordered it at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. Thought I had ordered early enough for delivery before Christmas yet the item arrived a week after. Obviously didn’t have a present for my partner at Christmas as a result and won’t be ordering any presents from here again as delivery to Norway is too unpredictable.

Purchased a desk top wackey wavey inflatable tube man and the motor didn't work on the item. Returning a $15 or so item overseas didn't seem worth dealing with. This was my first time ordering from firebox and the item was not functional. So... I'm not giving a negative review because of the lack of effort on my part to return the item but this being my first experience has caused me not to think about buying anything else from Firebox.

Love the variety of items yourself and how unique and quirky they are. Delivery is always quick and arrives in great condition. Only problem I had recently is I bought a friends heat huggable turkey then a few days after it arrived I was told it wasn't heat proof (I am so lucky I didn't use it as soon as it arrived). However I was offered £10 to spend on something else .

This years secret Santa (we ordered two) was not as good as previous years. Bit disappointed with them and one had a penis pen top which was not suitable with youngsters around.
