Had a query regarding the pillow I bought as I had forgotten to upload a photo on one side, so it just came one-sided rather than two. Emailed and got a response back so quick- unexpected as it is Christmas and I know staff are busy- but Andrew got back to me straight away and sorted my queries. Can’t wait to give this ridiculous gift tomorrow it looks hilarious 😂 Thank you Andrew for your very pleasant, cool and efficient service. Aoife

Placed order knowing it would be delivered after Christmas only to have it turn up on Christmas Eve! Excellent fast service and love the zapper. Highly recommend and will buy from them again.

I contacted via WhatsApp for a failed delivery, and was attended by Childe, who was quick, to the point, polite and friendly. The issue with my order appears to be resolved (turned out to be a typo in postcode), and it was quick and painless. As ever, Firebox continues to be some of the most pleasant customer service experience I've encountered on the market.

Amazing customer service after I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item! Super quick delivery with clear tracking. Great great service and presents arrived in time for Xmas! Highly recommend

My order didn’t arrive however I got through to customer services via WhatsApp and they replied almost straight away, the customer service rep - childe - was extremely helpful and has requested the item to be resent, such an easy and hassle free Process. Many thanks 🙏🏻

Waiting for my order for almost a month. It was shipped but the tracking information doesn't really give any valuable info. Contacted customer service twice and didn't get an answer. Worst experience ever and my items won't probably arrive in time for Christmas.

Great selection of unique gift ideas, always find inspiration for presents, especially around Christmas. When I did have a problem with a personalised item it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Andrew went above and beyond to help me with the problem. 100% would recommend :D

Unfortunately, I had an order arrive with a broken item. I contacted customer service and Andrew got back to me very quickly. He apologised for my issue and arranged for a replacement item to be sent out without hesitation or charge. The item was received a few days later in perfect condition. Not bad in the run up to Christmas and considering the impact of COVID on deliveries in general. I would highly recommend Firefox. The items that I ordered are excellent quality. My issue was something that just happens and not down to poor quality, nobody’s fault really. The manner in which Andrew communicated with me and rectified my issue was flawless.

I had ordered a personalised cushion, it had been sent as I had been provided with the tracking number but appeared to have been lost by Royal Mail. I contacted firebox and was issued with a refund for postage and the option for a refund for the actual product, however I asked if they could resend the item rather than process the refund. They agreed to this and it was received within 3 working days. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a few items from firebox and unfortunatley one didnt arrive. Andrew couldnt have been more helpful and had a replacement order sent to me straight away. Really helpful, positive service where nothing was too much to ask. All communication was answered to promptly as well as professionally :)

Poor experience. Lost all my order history and was told the moving systems. Still waiting, must be lost but ng to be fixed. Ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago. I turned up in 2 days the other i'm still waiting and not have to but a different gift as it wont get here in time. The item

Childe helped me out on Twitter when I ordered the wrong item - it ended up being fine but he was patient and fun and easy to talk to! Firebox have the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with :-)

Puja is the man. He really went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Multiple emails, tracking searching, nothing was going to stop him from figuring out my problem and resolving it. Not to mention in mid December when everyone is swamped. I will always return to Firebox when I can. Thanks a million Puja Patel
