“I ordered a couple of fragile items from Firebox and they shipped them very fast and securely packaged. Unfortunately one had a chip that must have been sustained during manufacturing because the box and packaging was fine so returned it for free using the included returns slip and the team at Firebox replaced it for me in a few days with no fuss at all. I am very pleased with their friendly and professional service. I love the quirkiness of their items and the very funny artwork on their branded packaging ! :)”

“Hi guys, I am a big fan of your brand - love the products on offer and love your overall tone. The two gifts I recently purchased were also perfect once received. The reason I have marked you down is that I paid for next day delivery, but the gifts arrived two days later. At the time I spoke with your Twitter customer service team and they were very helpful! Overall - I would still use the site, but might go for longer delivery times!”

“I'm only putting down accepatable because the product is a really good idea and the recipient loved it. However I would advise going forward if there are any shipping issues/delays, Firefox should notify the customer ASAP and not wait for them to chase it up.”
