Good value products and, even when one item was faulty, customer services (Annabelle) was excellent- rectifying the situation with minimal disruption to me. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Quirky conformation emails. Quickest dispatch. Great price. Amazing product. Will 100% shop here again. We bought the little Bau dumpling night light. Huge hit with the kid’s.

There is much to say. Good points, delivery swift and gift wrapping in thick gold paper. The ipad lap desk is lightweight, it’s outer coating is non slip. The desk surface is pale wood and lifts off the storage compartment beneath I erroneously though there would be a bean bag to settle into the knees but that was my error. Poor points: the ipad in the slot is vertical and not slanted as one needs. One requires a separate keyboard to type as the on-screen keyboard is inaccessible in the landscape position and the same applies to the home button in portrait mode. But ... It makes an excellent tray. If the desk top is inverted the recessed groove becomes a firm ledge to rest books or crosswords etc. If the slot is not used for ipad, it is handy to store pens, earphones etc. I am now using it with my ipad in a stand/cover which enables typing at the correct angle and the thickness of the whole lap desk raises the screen to a more comfortable position . I advise buyers to check all the photos and descriptions to confirm it will suit their needs. All in all I am very pleased .

As always, I am very happy with Firefox. This year, after ordering a few Christmas presents from firebox, unfortunately, one of them (a mug) arrived broken. It was well packaged but, still it happened. I wrote to Firefox and Annabelle replied immediately and sent another mug with the express delivery. Thank you Annabelle and Firefox! You are awesome!

I have ordered from firebox so many times and every time I do I'm never disappointed. The items are always amazing quality and live up to every standard I have. I ordered some Christmas presents that never arrived down to a driver being lazy and going to a random house. I raised this issue to an incredible customer service member called Crystal and not only did she sort this for me immediately she even made me smile and not feel at all bad about the situation. The customer service was personalised to me, dealt with so quickly and its honestly the best I've ever been treated when it came to having a problem of any kind from a company. I will always give credit where its due. Thank you Crystal for being a star! And making me have full faith in ordering from firebox again to get my favourite gifts all year round.

At first the assistance I received was not good at all. However Annabelle was quick to assist via email and offer me a refund or for the item to be resent. This has all been sorted within a day from Annabelle. Thanks again :)

I order from firebox almost every year around Christmas for the past 4 years and I never have an issue with anything. That was until this year, I ordered 5 items, 3 shipped together and then the other 2 separate. Unfortunately all 5 items got lost in post, I messaged the firebox help twitter and they helped me out so wonderfully! I talked to Annabelle and Childe they both went above and beyond let me know how they could help, followed through, and even joked with me! They were the best! Due to time zones and me being in Canada it's hard to make sure you're awake and they are at work. I was awake at 3am my time so I was able to talk to Annabelle quick and a couple days later I was awake at 6am so I was then able to talk to Childe. Their customer service was amazing and they are both so kind! 10/10 across the board!❤️

I had a bit of a situation. My order was delayed 1+ week and some of the items were not in a good shape from the transfer. But as soon as i contacted Annabelle from customer service she replied immediately and refunded me the cost of all products damaged and the delivery cost without hesitation. I am really impressed!! I didn't expect such good customer service!! I am definitely gonna buy again and of course telling my friends about it! Thats so much Annabelle and Firebox! You made my holidays in such difficult times!! 🤍🎄

I ordered some Christmas gifts which never arrived, after speaking to yodel daily for a week with little help I contacted firebox! A lovely lady called Annabelle soon sorted it all out for me and after a bit more investigation work it turned out the parcel had been ‘lost’ so another was has been shipped out to me today- fingers crossed it arrives! The customer service I received from Annabelle was second - to -none and she’s has been really friendly and helpful

Although firebox is an amazing company and has some crazy stuff! I ordered the black box along with mystery boxes. The black box had what I can only assume is old stock that couldn't be got rid of. Couldn't find most of it on their website. It included a pokket charger, I gave it to my daughter for Xmas, only to find it's only compatible with android phones. It's just not worth the money, ended up with things of no use. Don't waste your money on the black box.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I contact customer services when an item I had ordered had a bit of a stain on due to ink transfer from the tag. It was a Christmas gift so wouldn’t have time to send back and get a new one (my bad for ordering so late) Crystal 💎 was so so helpful and even made me laugh which was so nice! She even gave me options on how we were going to resolve the issue and even tips on getting rid of the stain! Easily best customer services and she definitely deserves a drink or two 😉
