Those stressticles were bigger than i anticipated i opened the box so i can remember to wrap both items as they are presents for my best friend for xmas. I cackled so hard when i pulled the stressticles out 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i cant wait for her to unwrap it in front of her family they will love it cos one year they all got gag gifts for each other and turns out everyone got a blow up doll so its appropriate 🤣🤣🤣 Shes obsessed with the titanic too and as far as i know doesnt have this book however even if she does she will still be happy she has 3 of the necklaces now and she wants to theme her bedroom with titanic stuff so it'll fit right in. Plus even if she never cooks anything from it theres still beautiful photos in it

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have received no communication regarding when I should expect the order. I have messaged multiple times asking for an update but have received no reply. I have never experienced such poor customer services and am doubting that I will receive the order before Xmas. I will not be using Firebox again which is a shame as I do like the products on offer.

Delivery was poor - waited over 3 days whilst the item was “out for delivery”. When it arrived, it was someone else’s order so no good to me.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star no answers to my e mails parcel still no sign of my parcel still at yodel bay since scanned on 2dec. So annoyed Dec 12 e mail from firebox apologising confirming yodel lost my parcel asking if I wanted refund or sending another order. Requested another order providing it can be delivered before Christmas. 2 stars as they have finally answered my emails

Excellent ordering process throughout. Delivery was just over a week but expected that due to Christmas post.

Absolutely shocking post sale customer service. Once they have your money they're not interested in problems. The only tool in their resolution box is future discount codes, as if you'd trust them twice!

The UX on the website was horrible. I thought it may due to using my phone, but then tried on my laptop at it was just as bad. Trying to resize photos and the whole page would zoom in so you couldn’t see the bottom of the screen and Thereford unsure if you had the size of the photo correct or not. I was given a 10% code for signing up to the newsletter. Well the code didn’t work at checkout. Had I not already committed to buying this present with someone else I’d have bought something else or bought elsewhere.

Hi there, We can't thank you enough for honestly sharing your experience here! Again, we're sorry for sending the wrong product. We encountered a system configuration mistake that categorized the wrong product and their inventory. This caused our initial and replacement to be incorrect. We've since fixed this but were unfortunately sold out of the original product. We've now refunded the order and didn't ask for a return of the incorrect products. Again, we're sorry and are here if we can further help.
