“Could be better but it takes time and customer feedback to provide better service. The idea is 5/5. The actual advent box being foam and thing cardboard id give a 2/5. The items inside 4/5, sometimes it is hard to know who is who. Overall this is a b- in my opinion though it averaged 73% the fact that you provided a service gains huge success.”

“Very nice selection of stock on the website, perfect for secret santa. I also had an issue with Yodel messing up my delivery, but Firebox have the nicest customer support staff who sorted my issue immediately. Super pleased.”

“Fantastic products and customer service. Items always arrive quickly and well packaged. I use these guys regularly especially at Christmas. Last year I bought several Mystery Boxes which were great fun!”

“my order its not comming , How i see the other a comment , U writing email , text ot WhatApp , only a computer its answering, we know its busy , but i hope we get some answer , its a presents that we waiting, and if they don’t come until christmas its nowone to get u the money back , if somebody know something more than me , pleas let me know , thank you !!!”

“Received an email on the 10th December to say item had been dispatched, estimated delivery on the 11th December, but it’s now the 17th and there is no sign of my parcel and I have no tracking details for it. I don’t mind if it’s going to take longer than they first expected to deliver, as long as I get the item in time for Christmas, however I think it’s really poor service that Firebox have not responded to a single email, WhatsApp message, website query or Facebook message to help me locate this parcel! Don’t advertise all these streams of contact when you cant actually manage them all!! The only response I got was on Instagram to say they don’t deal with queries on there. Not helpful. I know it’s a busy time, but everyone else I’ve ordered from has managed so I wouldn’t bother with firebox. I just want to know if I need to buy a new gift to replace this one that Firebox won’t help me with”

“I will never use this company again. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 6 days ago and paid for next day delivery. My order has still not arrived 6 days later. The phone line tells you to email or live chat. I've done both of these and nobody has responded to either. So now I've spent a load of money for something I no longer need and can't even get a refund. Very poor and not what I expected from this company at all.”

“I placed an order on the 10 Dec 2019 for 2 items and only one of my parcels have arrived. The order that has came only appears to have 1 item on the form. I’ve been charged the whole £41 Aswell to only receive 1 item. I’ve received the plush STD toy but haven’t received the Mushion I designed and paid for. Very upset by this.”

“Utter waste of money. Convinced her to read it for the glitter that didn't open but it did detach the sound from its power source. Very definitely not indestructable. Very very disappointed”
