Have attempted to contact the customer service team 3 times only to be ignored. Awful customer service, and all I want is to know where my parcel is.

Ordered the spaceship planter. Very cool idea and I received it in a timely manner; however, the planter is really impractical. The spaceship does not come apart, so you are left to try and plant something through a tiny (2inch?) circle in the glass. It was so hard to get an actual succulent into it. Even the tiniest ones gave me trouble. This would be more practical if the spaceship top and bottom did detach for proper planting. Some of my succulents suffered due to the small hole they have to fit through. The only way I can see this being useful for planting is by starting with a seed.

Still waiting for my order....thanks for the 'Royal Mail tracking number' too..(that Royal Mail have no parcel linked to) ...con artist's. I won't be letting this go. I'll try my hardest to get my money back and make sure people stay very clear of you and your fake site.

I made a purchase on December 14th and was told it would be here in time for Christmas I have emailed multiple times and have received no response. It’s now December 28th Very disappointed.

Ordered on 18th Dec, email saying it was dispatched on 20th Dec, now 28th and still no sign of order! Sent three emails and a WhatsApp message and still no reply.

gift was ordered December 20th and I payed £8 delivery for it to come by Christmas however it's currently the 28th and no parcel has arrived.

Ordered items on Dec. 12. Was not given any update on the status. Its now De. 27 and not only have I received no updated tracking info but these people haven't even replied to sny of the 3 emails I've sent. Pathetic. I want a full refund.

I ordered a Christmas gift off Firebox Dec 7th. I paid $20 (!!!) in shipping and was given a latest delivery date by dec 23rd. Needless to say, it’s currently the 27th and I have no gift. I have emailed and left additional messages on Facebook and WhatsApp, no response. I want my money back!

Still waiting for a product two weeks after ordering it. Have had no response to the messages I leave have left and I am very very upset as this was a Christmas present will NEVER order from here again

Got a mystery box for a family friend was very upset to find that it contained CBD gummies. The box was for a family mum,dad and a 6 year old at no point was it indicated it may contain adult themed food or it may contain a form of medication which CBD considered. ( will not be ordering again)

Ordered items and paid for next day delivery, still not received it yet they send out emails stating items will be there before xmas, customer service number not taking calls and no one is helpful at all!!! Joke of a company

We can see your order (placed on Dec 20th) was dispatched on Dec 23rd and delivered by Parcelforce on Dec 24th 12:33 PM, just in time for Christmas. We wouldn't dream of charging you for a service you didn't receive, so of course we have refunded you the postage, seeing as it was a failed next-day service. I’ve ordered from firebox before and had a wonderful experience but this year has been more difficult. I understand that this time of year can be overwhelming with package inquiries but it’s frustrating that you cannot get into contact with someone more quickly. You shouldn’t advertise a live chat feature or WhatsApp if it’s not actually going to be faster. Ordered before Christmas due date and I haven’t gotten either product. I’m worried as I ordered to a vacation address and no one will help me change delivery location.
