“As a company i would use a different courier yodel seemed to have delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and the next one they just left on the shop counter!!! However Firebox was absolutely brilliant in getting me a replacement the very next day and their customer service was 5 star, the only reason for dropping 1 star overall was because of Yodel.”

“Sadly I cant give a 0 star rating ..ordered my item and they lost the first one ..then said it's been dispatched and now have said it wont be here in time for christmas . Contacted numerous times and yet to receive my refund ..so gutted and disappointed”

“I never received my item. Although the team was nice enough in their correspondence, and ultimately issued a refund, it was really disappointing that they didn't use a tracking service for my item and there's no closure on where it ended up!”

“While the items I bought from Firebox were fantastic, I was disappointed that I was unable to claim free postage which was promised if you spent £50 or more. There was no option to choose this and I wrote to Firebox regarding this and never got a reply. So I will not be purchasing from here again as the postage charge makes a big difference!”
