“Bought the lil dumpling light-very cute but couldn’t open the lid for the batteries so sent on an email query. Unfortunately didn’t get a reply for several days, however it was the Christmas period. When I did get a reply it was with a very genuine apology at the delay, accompanied by a goodwill gesture. So all good. Would rate 4.5/5”

“I bought this for my husband for a Christmas present and it was hilarious! I meant it for a fun gift, which it was! The only downside (and the only reason I didn’t mark it as a 5) is that it doesn’t work very well and I hoped it would. A little water dribbled out but I had hoped for more.”

“We bought the wine glass sippy cups for a novelty Christmas gift for folks with a new home with a pool. Great, fun product that we know they'll enjoy! We ran into a snafu with the shipping and did not receive them before Christmas (ordered 12/6) BUT Firebox made it right and sent us a replacement shipment. Thank you Firebox.”

“I unfortunately had parcels delivered to the wrong address due to the courier printing labels incorrectly. Firebox refunded me in full though so I’m happy with the outcome. It’s just a shame the courier let them down on this occasion.”

“Firebox always offers something different and every year I come back for another gift to purchase for Christmas. Over the years I have to say that the goods are always ‘out there’ and unique. I’ve never not came away with something. Have to admit though there is more of a trend towards what could be called offensive or rude things such as swearing or even genitals and even though it doesn’t bother me as such I worry that Firebox will go down this route more, effecting the class that they have. A couple of items I’ve bought haven’t been particularly great such as the mini record player and the mystery box but other things have been fantastic. Keep up the good work Firebox and keep up the Packer of sweets too!”

“REVISION! It took them some time to get back to me, BUT THEY DID. Fixed everything and am happy about that. I think they have potential to be a good company , they have really unique products , maybe they just need more man-power. All around pleased with services! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order at the beginning of December for a Christmas gift. Which did take a while to get to me, not a problem there. However the personalized gift is not correct! I’ve emailed them 5 TIMES!! With NO RESPONSE AT all and it’s now Jan 7th 2020. A total waste of a hundred bucks, do yourself a favor and save you money or spend it on a steak and a glass of wine!”
