“Great selection of unique gift ideas, always find inspiration for presents, especially around Christmas. When I did have a problem with a personalised item it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Andrew went above and beyond to help me with the problem. 100% would recommend :D”

“Unfortunately, I had an order arrive with a broken item. I contacted customer service and Andrew got back to me very quickly. He apologised for my issue and arranged for a replacement item to be sent out without hesitation or charge. The item was received a few days later in perfect condition. Not bad in the run up to Christmas and considering the impact of COVID on deliveries in general. I would highly recommend Firefox. The items that I ordered are excellent quality. My issue was something that just happens and not down to poor quality, nobody’s fault really. The manner in which Andrew communicated with me and rectified my issue was flawless.”

“I had ordered a personalised cushion, it had been sent as I had been provided with the tracking number but appeared to have been lost by Royal Mail. I contacted firebox and was issued with a refund for postage and the option for a refund for the actual product, however I asked if they could resend the item rather than process the refund. They agreed to this and it was received within 3 working days. Excellent customer service!”

“I ordered a few items from firebox and unfortunatley one didnt arrive. Andrew couldnt have been more helpful and had a replacement order sent to me straight away. Really helpful, positive service where nothing was too much to ask. All communication was answered to promptly as well as professionally :)”

“Poor experience. Lost all my order history and was told the moving systems. Still waiting, must be lost but ng to be fixed. Ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago. I turned up in 2 days the other i'm still waiting and not have to but a different gift as it wont get here in time. The item”

“Puja is the man. He really went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Multiple emails, tracking searching, nothing was going to stop him from figuring out my problem and resolving it. Not to mention in mid December when everyone is swamped. I will always return to Firebox when I can. Thanks a million Puja Patel”

“I bought a few different things that i am really happy with and the price is also very fair. I was waiting to get a dispatch email for my order until a day after it was meant to be delivered only to realise when i brought it to the companys attention that i had recieved an email from one of the team to verify my age for it to be released. So because my order was urgent a very lovely Andrew updated my delivery to express for free, brilliant company and brilliant customer service 👍”

“Just found out my order for Christmas may not get here till middle of January. I ordered in plenty of time and they emailed it shipped but I can’t even track. If I had known would not be here in time for Christmas I would not have use this company!!”

“I received an item, where the pump had been snapped off in the post, only 2 weeks before Christmas, so I emailed them (which was so easy to find the email, unlike other companies that hide them!) Within 2 days they emailed back, were extremely apologetic, and all I had to do was send a photo to them of the damaged item. A day later they emailed back to say a new item was being sent free of charge, fuss free, easy and really friendly, lovely staff! So refreshing compared to SO many other companies”

“Great customer service. I had an order come broken and Childe from Firebox customer services couldn’t do more to help. Very prompt reply to my messages and sent out a replacement the same day with express delivery- all at no extra cost to make sure it gets to me by Christmas . Very happy customer , thank you Firebox!”
