I received and e.mail telling me my delivery was dispatched on 27th November. It’s now 11th December and my parcel has not been delivered. The phone line says closed and I have no responses from messages sent! Poor service!

Missed item out of order, contacted customer service via e-mail and social media, but they have been no help at all. Received one reply, but they misunderstood the issue. Haven't heard from them since. Looks like I'll be one present short.

Quirky Christmas gifts in plenty, I’ve bought a few things off Firebox over the last few years. I am always happy with what arrives. The choices on firebox are brilliant. Some things I think are slightly on the pricey side but they can’t be bought elsewhere so it comes with the uniqueness of the items. Always buy my little quirky Christmas stocking fillers or secret santa bits on here. I could scroll for hours with the choices they have!

I went for booze mystery box, Definitely worth trying! Worth it for random selection of beers :D

Not inprest with my order. First the delivery nothing to inform me when to expect my order came seven days so I was not in and had to leave it with next doors. Second not inprest with the contest of the box. It would be better to make my own booze box up and could be cheaper.

Hey Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review and provide us with valuable feedback. We can see your order was placed on 27/11/2019 using Standard Yodel delivery (3-5 working days) and the parcel was delivered within the standard estimate, on Dec 4th. You are automatically sent a dispatch e-mail when the order leaves the warehouse and you might have also received a text from Yodel on the number that was included with the order. Delivery estimates are also included at the checkout and the confirmation e-mail. We are really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the contents of the Mystery Box. Unfortunately with Mystery Boxes, the surprise element does involve a certain risk. The contents are a curated selection of bestsellers from our range, in this case Alcohol range. Bought a gadget mystery box. I'm my honest opinion it was not worth the money, maybe I was unlucky enough to receive a bad one and the vast majority of the rest are good, however I can only go of my experience. I received 4 products. 3 of the 4 products genuinely Could of been a toy in a happy meal and you would not blink an eye at it. The 4th (Bluetooth speaker) was okay, it's just a cheap Chinese made speaker.

I cannot praise these guys enough! I bought the Black Box ... AMAZING - so worth the money and my Christmas is set with the contents! Their customer service is second to none, they helped me out immensely with a horrible situation and I cannot recommend their products enough! My only criticism is that they use Yodel as a delivery service, an awful, unorganised delivery company, and I would highly suggest they change them - however I am a loyal customer to Firebox and will be coming back time and time again for some excellent products :)

I bought the never-ending Birthday card and it lasted less than 2 minutes until my brother in law disconnected the battery somehow without even spilling any glitter. Spent £12 on a relatively boring card.

Hey there anon. Thanks for taking the time to review us and sorry to hear you had trouble uploading your images. With our personalised image upload system there is a minimum image size we need. The minimum resolution is 1000X1000 and the smallest file size is 800KB. What we find is most people having these issues are trying to upload images from Facebook or Instagram. These sites compress the image size so when we blow it up to print the quality looks really low.  Another issue we find is any image with a filter or a screenshot, these also lower the resolution to the point where it is too low quality to be printed to a high standard. What I recommended you do is use an image taken directly from a phone or a camera with no filters, this is the best way to upload a high quality image. Sorry to say we can't manually push images through if they are too low quality we can only go through the website to upload these images. If you e-mail us on info@firebox.com with the image you're trying to upload, we can check what the issue with it is so you can upload successfully :) Regards, Firebox

Freak mask is garbage, Dont waste your money. when you wear the product, it stretches so bad the image is distorted and looks nothing like the image printed on the piece of elastic. Customer relations is no help. don't buy this product!

We've had a look into your order and all communication yo've had with us and can see you reached out to us unsatisfied with both your Freak Masks. With our personalised products, the quality of the end result is highly dependant on the quality and resolution of the image uploaded when making the order. Our customer service team has taken your complaint very seriously and tried their best to help. However, considering one of the images you uploaded is blurry and a little fuzzy, it is only expected that this would be emphasised when placed on the personalised product (as it is enlarged to be the size of a human face). Again, with the second photo you uploaded, the image is very grainy and thus this was emphasised when printed on the mask. In brief, quality of the mask is affected by the initial quality of the image provided. Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to offer our usual 30-day, no-quibble returns policy, if you later change your mind, or otherwise decide to return the product through no fault of Firebox. We're really sorry that we have been unable to offer you a refund in this occasion as the quality of the images given to us is displayed accurately in the quality of the item.

I love Firefox! Great stuff, great service, great packaging and even got a little goodie with my order. It arrived in about 20 days to France, so I will keep that in mind for future orders.... I just love the amazing and a little bit crazy options you offer here!!! By the way, I bought the turkey mask, and is exactly as expected and more!!! Great quality and excellent size.

Received a gift from a friend from here. It was the heatable Turkey from friends..... put it in the microwave for the first time and it smells terrible and so does my whole house now :(

A wonderful company! We ordered 4 suitcase covers (with our kittys' faces). The covers arrived on time and were an absolute delight - they'd done a beautiful job with the photos we'd sent through. In addition the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with an aspect of the delivery and they got back to me immediately to sort out - I was really blown away by that. In short - highly recommend!

I often buy from this amazing site, I’m shocked to see anyone could rate anything but 5 stars! For starters the site itself makes me belly laugh every time, the products are fantastic and I’ve never been disappointed, the recipients of my gifts from Firebox have always loved them and I am always asked where I’ve bought them from. This site is my go-to for anyone I struggle to buy for.
