“The box arrived and one of the books I bought was crammed in with the corners folded up. When I took it out the book looked like it was years old. Awful service. It was so obviously too big to fit but apparently they're too cheap to use a slightly bigger box.”

“Item I received was smaller than the website advised. A replacement was sent out quibble-free, but still wasn't up to size. I can only assume that they are falsely advertising the product, and misleading buyers. Very disappointed with the product, but the customer service was OK.”
