“Have bought numerous products from Firebox and have never once had an issue. One of the items were out of stock but I wasn't charged until the item arrived back into stock. Delivery is prompt and the little pack of haribo sweets put a smile on your face!”

“Items where not sent in time for Christmas...Suggested 18th December. Email suggested that only two of the Six items had been sent, but still not yet received (29th December) Overall Poor!”

“I've bought from these guys twice. Both times were good experiences. Fast delivery in a well packed box. I will use them again the next time I'm looking for a kinda novelty gift that's actually good. Their emails are quite funny too. I like the cut of their jib.”
