Ordered a present for my little brother due for delivery on the 21st of December. Nothing! I’ve emailed them asking to look into it, nothing! No response, just taken my money and not making sure the items get there.

Really pleased with the purchases for my family for Christmas. Easy to order, reasonable prices for most things, very prompt delivery. The Marvel soundbox was a little smaller than I was expecting, but then I should have checked the measurements properly. Have bought from before, and will definitely again. Many thanks team

Ordered stuff 2 weeks before Christmas, it didn’t get delivered in time so I asked where it was and they told me they were just going to refund me?!! Terrible customer service

From the easy to navigate layout of the website, to the simple process, I can say with great pleasure that this company cares about their customers. Additionally, the humorous emails (love the one with Si Peg) are amusing. The parcel service is great, friendly delivery person. I will buy again, periodically. And I have already introduced friends and family to Firebox.

I ordered the tech box but got the drink one instead. Not suitable for my 13 year old son and subsequently out of stock when I went to re order for for of his Christmas presents. Kept the drink box for myself instead of the hassle of returning which was very good so gave 4 stars despite the error :)

Ordered three surprise boxes for 36 ish nothing wrong with the items just a shame no variation in them we all got the same so the surprise was pretty much lost
