Speedy delivery and all products ordered are as described and bring much joy to all recipients (most of what I ordered were gifts for pals) I always recommend Firebox as it's great for unique and quirky gifts!

Product itself is good and a good present but I would not advise paying £3.95 for it to be wrapped poorly in gold wrapping paper. I thought it would have been put in a nice bag or something aswell for that cost.

The item was good even though I am totally devastated that you no longer send out sweets with the orders. As I always looked forward to receiving my sweets and I recommended 7 other customers to your site who purchased from you and said they also didn’t receive any sweets. So we are all completely gutted. Also I didn’t like the sticker with the item description on the gift wrapped item as I couldn’t remove it for the person I bought it for. So I felt ripped off.

I couldn't get the product due to the greek customs. The team of Firebox were super helpful ... the communication were extremely smooth and easy and they refunded me in no time :) will be placing my next order very soon

Poor, the item was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Actual arrival was late January.

We apologize that unfortunately our Brick Yourself keychains were not delivered in time for Christmas and you could give them to a loved one as planned. Needless to say, it is very annoying when a package of gifts does not arrive when you are waiting for it. Genuinely concerned this is a scam of some sort or just a poorly run company? I placed an order for the holidays in early December and as I type this January 23rd, 2022, after being reassured by Sven the order was placed - I have yet to receive anything from this company. What a let down, please beware and learn from my mistake.

Very satisfied with the customer service of Sven Konstatsky. I know these are strange times and Christmas presents ordered in November nearly didn't arrive on time (one didn't), but Sven couldn't have been more helpful.

A goofy and silly website to buy absolutely raunchy, fun or otherwise amazing gifts on. I highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for something different to buy your mom, dad, family or loved ones.

Very pleased with my purchase. They really took into account the pictures and summary I sent and matched them well with the lego. I would definitely recommend getting as a gift as it’s fun and personal

I have received my package yet and I am worried where it is delivered to my mums house and she has never received it and I spend £90 with you guys so if I didn’t receive the item I would like a refund
