“Bought the lil dumpling light-very cute but couldn’t open the lid for the batteries so sent on an email query. Unfortunately didn’t get a reply for several days, however it was the Christmas period. When I did get a reply it was with a very genuine apology at the delay, accompanied by a goodwill gesture. So all good. Would rate 4.5/5”

“Longtime customer. Every single purchase is awesome! Always arrives swiftly. Customer service is easy to get in touch with when you need them. If you buy these products from anyone else you're being mugged off cos these lot are the best”

“Ordered a package early Dec, hadnt arrived even though tracking shows it had been delivered, was asked if i wanted a refund or package to be resent, waited over a month but replacement package has arrived”

“Pretty poor to be honest. Product out of stock, placed on back order kept getting delayed. Cancelled but re ordered when back in stock. Paid for next day delivery.. was delivered late”

“Two of my items did not arrive. When trying to contact the help desk it was difficult to get a response (although I tried different methods). I finally got a refund a month after ordering. More concerning is the personalized items were believed to be delivered by firebox so now I don't know who has 2 voo doo dolls with our friends faces on!”

“I usually love firebox but my last order was promised to be delivered before Christmas and it wasn’t. Firebox did refund my delivery but they weren’t that helpful, considering they promised my present would arrive before Christmas and it was useless after that. I understand Christmas is busy but it also took them a long time to reply despite me trying WhatsApp, commenting on Instagram emailing. As I said, I usually love firebox but i was really disappointed this time around.”
