“Asked for gift wrap on presents never got it. I did pay for it and still not sure if I was returned my money for the charge. Gifts are really cheap one doesn’t work the other was not what it looked like online!”

“Page is clear and sometimes funny to read, but when you get to actually doing business with them, it gets terrible. They sent my product, and I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks! I sent an email to their customer care to hear where my package was, and no respond. I sent another injury, and still, no response. Finally, after three weeks, my parcel came, and I got my packet. I ordered card game, which was packaged with so much filler, that it was amusing. And, to this day, they haven't got back to me via email, or otherwise. I strongly advise not to buy anything from here.”

“Relatively quick delivery but one of my items was smashed so is no good to give as a gift, as i intended. I don't know how anyone manages to contact Firebox. I've tried emailing several times, contacting direct through their website, and tried Whatsapp. I get nothing but an automated response. There's someone merrily posting on their own Facebook page every day advertising their products but yet they can't respond to queries. Not impressed really.”

“My grandkids really loved getting this Harry Potter advent calendar and they had fun opening it every day. They were disappointed that there was no Hermoine Granger keychain but there were keychains of the lesser characters. One thing I was disappointed in was that there was no real variance in the prizes, pretty much everything was keychains except the last day (at least from what I could tell). Still, they seemed pretty happy with it. Nevertheless, I would likely not spend the money for it again.”

“Do not order from this company! They only delivered half of my order, it wasn’t in time for Xmas When I ordered it on the 10th dec, they have kept my money for items I didn’t receive and have not been replying to any of my correspondence through any form of contact.”
