“After receiving no updates on my order for several days, I sent an email asking when to expect dispatch. I was then informed that they'd sold out and we're waiting for new stock to dispatch my order. I think it's really awful to keep selling an out of stock product, but also to just keep quiet and not say anything is really shoddy.”
