“I'm only putting down accepatable because the product is a really good idea and the recipient loved it. However I would advise going forward if there are any shipping issues/delays, Firefox should notify the customer ASAP and not wait for them to chase it up.”

“I recently bought a gift form my brother, and it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. My brother loved the gift! The “crap wrap” gift wrapping was especially great! I’ve bought from firebox many times over the years, and they always have interesting products and great gift ideas!”

“Had a lovely experience with Firebox! The range of stuff on the website is great. I bought two things for my sister’s birthday, and she absolutely loved them! But also, the correspondence in emails from Firebox about the status of my order were brilliant. The little funny extras in the emails were brilliant, and made a usually boring confirmation/dispatch/etc email fun. Will definitely shop here again!!”
