“I wasn’t going to be at the address anymore and my order was already out for delivery. Annabelle helped me and literally cancelled the delivery and gave me a full refund - amazing customer service!!”

“Annabelle in customer service could not have been more friendly or polite if she tried. I shop online regularly and trust me, not all customer service teams are created equal. I cannot stress enough how amazing Firebox's customer service is and as a customer for the last decade (yes really) I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.”

“I recently placed an order on another site who severely let me down. I then placed a similar order with Firebox. I should have ordered with Firebox from the beginning. I was worried as its nearly Christmas that my order (like the other site) wouldn't be sent but after a great chat with Annabelle she not only reassured me that my order was in place but was able to refund my postage due to a delay in dispatch. I've placed a few orders with Firebox and I cannot praise you highly enough. Thank you for a great service and keep up the amazing work. P.s. keep being unique :-)”

“I order from here quite a lot, their products are always fantastic and come when they say they will be delivered. This time there was a ever so slight delay in a delivery - nothing major at all - and I contacted their customer service, Andrew emailed me back straight away and was friendly and super helpful. Fantastic and genuine service from him ☺️ Would highly recommended ordering from here! (Can’t show you a picture as I’ve already wrapped them haha!) x”

“I had an issue with an order customer services (Andrew B) was absolutely excellent and resolved for me. This is a one off Firebox is my favourite gift company great gifts great prices great delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend for that something special and unusual.”

“I had a problem with my product, so I emailed the company and a girl named Andrew got back to me quickly and, because the product had gone out of stock, offered a full refund. Bing, bang, boom, problem solved. Great customer service! Thanks y'all!”

“Ordered wine glasses and they turned up very quickly, unfortunately one had a slight crack so sent a WhatsApp message and within the hour had a response and new set of glasses being sent on their way without the hassle of a returns. Childe responded to my message so big thumbs up and thanks again 👍 keep up the good work”

“As I confirmed my order I realised It hadn’t added the 15% discount code, spoke to someone called childe on their what’s app contact page, amazing customer service, the difference was refunded to my acct immediately, really fast service. Thank you”
