“While the items I bought from Firebox were fantastic, I was disappointed that I was unable to claim free postage which was promised if you spent £50 or more. There was no option to choose this and I wrote to Firebox regarding this and never got a reply. So I will not be purchasing from here again as the postage charge makes a big difference!”

“This review would normally be 'very good', but I have had to downgrade due to problems with ordering. Although the item was put into my box, I was repeatedly told there was no delivery to my area (north east of Scotland), despite prior deliveries. Poor response time from Firebox, but the matter was eventually resolved a few days later.”
