Happy with the service received and the mystery box was great, I had to have a peep before mother's day haha. Thankyou Sara Secco-Weidar for fast communication. Highly recommended 👍

I had a fantastic first experience with Firebox! An issue with an item where a still-capped bottle had mysteriously managed to spill 1/3 of its contents within the parcel was resolved excellently. Specifically I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The speed of reply to my email was the fastest human response from a company I've experienced, and the responder in particular Luca Richiardi was pleasant, kind and helpful and like a flash set up an express delivery of the damaged item free of charge.

After reading all the great reviews about the mystery boxes i decided to order for a family members birthday. I was dissapointed with what was in the box. A chocolate santa...in March. A pair of socks with no tags like they had been used and just chucked in there. 2 of the other items were the same thing! Only one decent thing in the box! Wud not order agen. I know its a mystery box but expected better for what i payed. I got the gadget box if anyone was wondering.

Overall I have been very happy with my purchases from Firebox (the mushions and suitcase covers are brilliant and hillarious), but I recently purchased a couple Personalized Heat Change mugs and while they do work, the water has to be extremely hot to cause the change. I had my coffee in it this morning and the mug didn't change at all.

I bought the double faced pillow for my boyfriend as a birthday present. I ordered it at the start of the week and it just arrived. Safe to say it was definitely money well spent. The quality of the pictures having been printed on to it is fantastic and the fabric and so soft to touch! I love it!

I bought the "black as my soul" bath fizzers for my boyfriend for valentine's Day. We were so excited to see how they would turn out. When he put one in the bath it turned the water a very very light murky grey. We added another one and it became slightly more grey but was in no way black. Very disappointed, they have now been put at the back of the cupboard probably to never see daylight again. Firebox products are generally fantastic so pretty disappointed at this. Delivery took a while as well which is really unlike firebox.

I bought a disco bath light for my son at Christmas. Unfortunately the lid could not be undone to insert batteries so I emailed Firebox. They replied quickly and politely and sent me a new item will no fuss or bother. Really good customer service and no need for me to muck about returning the old item. Thanks.

I bought the Hatchling Dragon candle. It looks great, but is really disapointing that mine failed to work as a candle. So we've got a dragon trapped inside a bunch of wax that won't light. Great ideal, poorly executed.

I ordered the Purritos Tuna Cat (blue cat). It was absolutely adorable! I like that it was wrapped in aluminum foil to look like an actual burrito. My complaint and reason for 4/5 stars is that the foil was so easily ripped showing the cat inside. I was giving it as a gift and was disappointed it had several holes in it before I even gave it away. The cat inside was still fluffy and not harmed though. Possibly you will consider adding a layer of protection when you ship this item in the future. The layer of paper was too stiff and actually caused some of the rips. Thank you

I ordered a “Brick Yourself” Keyring as a valentines gift for my husband and given the reviews, was confident that it would be a great present. There are a few pictures on the site of various customisations so I was extremely disappointed with the product I received. My figure didn’t even have hair! It had a helmet on when I asked for a side fringe cut (mid-2000’s emo cut, I know that this would be very similar to some of the standard Lego hairpieces!) I am extremely disappointed in this service for the cost and I had quite a bit of back and forth communication with the team regarding the exact customisation I was looking for so for that reason a BIG thumbs down. I can not get a refund as it is a bespoke service so this is just a real shame. The pictures are clearly pretty deceiving or I was an unfortunate exception.

Shipment arrived as expected but i did pay to have it that way. Would have loved to see more humor in the box. Presents werent that impressive for the price. Also the box needs to be discrete. Person saw firebox and looked it up!

Items took a long time to get here. Half of the items In the box don’t even work or are broken. Not very happy with my firebox experience.
