Great customer service after some products had been damaged in delivery. Products themselves are great too.

It must be partially cultural differences, but as a resident of the United States, the experience I had when dealing with Firebox’s customer service team was unlike anything that I’ve grown accustomed to. There was a very minor hiccup in the delivery of my order—the courier’s problem, not this company—but they were so cool about it and ultimately made sure to send it out a replacement for the item that was lost in transit. Bottom line, they’re 110% on top of their game and just made what might have otherwise been a mildly frustrating experience very easy and very helpful. Henceforth, I will definitely be a customer for the long haul.

V impressive customer service. Used their WhatsApp service to discuss an incorrect order, no quibbles, and a lady called Annabelle rectified the situation quickly and smoothly. Will definitely use again

Helped today by Annabelle, had an issue with shipping in which the ordered item hadn’t turned up after a week! Annabelle was extremely quick in rectifying the issue and refunded the shipping cost! Firebox - you’re the best!

I made a mistake in my order, messaged on WhatsApp, and in 30 mins, An advisor called Shaneen helped me and had the problem sorted. Quick and easy to use. Friendly team. Defo use again

I've been using Firebox for a good few years now and the stock never ceases to amuse. There is always something for that difficult to buy for person. You can keep up to speed with your deliverys easily, thankfully they don't use the dreaded hermes or yodel either (please don't ever change this). Customer service is easy to get through to, real human beings on the other end who have a very efficient and relaxed manner. Shaneen has been wonderful. Give them a pay rise and lots of chocolate /booze.

My product arrived damaged (sending a book in a envelope wasn’t a great idea. But Childe in customer service sorted it out real quick.

The customer service here is amazing! I contacted them via Twitter as my Secret Santa gift hadn't made it's way to my recipient yet and they couldn't have been more helpful in finding a solution to the problem (which was 100% my fault, putting the wrong address on!). Childe helped me immensely and made me laugh on a tough day. I look forward to ordering from you again soon :)

My order came and was unfortunately wrong but I contacted fire box via email and then they sent me their WhatsApp so I messaged that and a lovely worker named Annabelle helped me and gave me a voucher to order a new one for free with delivery included, amazing customer service!

I was worried about delivery time for before Christmas as it's exactly 2 weeks away, and when I was on the shipping page and when I saw a notification saying my gifts wouldn't arrive in time, I was disheartened. But after messaging the Facebook page, Annabelle was quick to reply and immediately sorted the issue out for me, turned out it was just a small technical issue! This company is amazing and has wonderful customer service too!

Firebox was really helpful after I made an order and put the wrong address in. They couldn't change the address for me but what they did was contact me when the item was dispatched and offer me a change of address or refund. I had already ordered another one to the correct address so just got a refund.

Although items were damaged in delivery , firebox replied to my query within mins via WhatsApp , Annebelle was lovely in her reply and arranged the refund immediately, the item was now out of stock , disappointed but we could keep the item ( choc bombs so still could be used just not as a present as intended ) so little bonus there

I wrote into firebox to ask for an exchange on a faulty product. I received a quick response from their customer services team (a guy called Andrew Brind) who was so lovely. He sorted my issue immediately and was incredibly polite and understanding. Will definitely buy from firebox again!

Product arrived damaged. Which is Probably Yodels fault(USELESS) Annabelle was quick to reply to me and offered me a refund without question after seeing the damage on my product Very good customer service
