“I've used Firebox 3/4 times now and they've always been good. I like to look for fun or 'rude' items and it allows me to look around a huge selection. I would say some of the prices may be a little high for the quality, but nonetheless, the products are fun and worth it for a different gift. I did have an issue with my mini Henry The Desk Hoover and they resolved it quickly and sent out another quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!”

“So pleased with my order and service received. Unfortunately my order did arrive damaged but emailed firebox who replied immediately and sent out a new mushroom incense burner which arrived very quickly and with no damage. Ilthe incense burner is really cute. Very satisfied”
