Ordered two Lithium fire extinguishers, only one arrived. Had to chase them up and advised that it was a picking error. The item has now turned up.

The online ordering process was good, the delivery timing was good but unfortunately the items ordered were delivered to the billing address and not the specified delivery address, fortunately there was someone there to accept it but it meant having to make an unneccesary journey to collect the order.

There was no information about delivery until a card from dxdelivery appeared through my letterbox saying I needed to book a delivery, but they delivered next day anyway. Fortunately we were home because a signature was required. I was rather hoping there would be some instructions or a link to a video in addition to what is written on the bottle itself. The product seems good

The driver is kind and friendly but the delivery company DX is appalling! They insisted that they will not put the parcel anywhere or give to anyone other than my self. They also refused to tell the driver to put the parcel on my safe place that I have chosen Therefore I have to cancel all my commitments and stay at home waiting for the driver. Surprisingly no signature or ID was requested from me!! Please don’t use this delivery company for me again Thanks

FSE is actually operated by Marlowe Fire & Security Ltd, who I believe sub-contract to a 3rd party. There is no apparent contact phone number for Fire Safety Equipment on their own website or any correspondence - less than ideal when things do not go as planned The paid for Next Day delivery took 5 days, something to do with postal address issues - needs sorting out chaps The boxes arrived damaged, but goods inside were ok. However the ordered, & itemised on `picking list` 1kg Dry Powder was not there - in its place a 1kg Foam - again not great I must say the contact, Peter, @ Marlowes was very helpful - just a shame whomever is responsible for picking & packing the order + the delivery service (quality + time scale) is awful. I would not, NOT use again, but not necessarily my first choice - such a shame
