“I have telephoned re wrong delivery but have not received a reply. I ordered a 6lt wet Chemical but received a 6lt Water. Still waiting a reply. Trevor Mckittrick”

“Had an absolutely fantastic service from Nick. I needed a fire extinguisher for work in a very short amount of time. I got put through to Nick thankfully and explained my situation and I received my extinguisher in just over 24 hours which other retailers could not have done for me. I messaged and Received a reply is less than 30minutes. Nick provided an absolutely fantastic service and it is honestly the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Thank you Nick.”
