“Fineline were fantastic from initial discussions, through design, changes to design, site survey and follow up when issues arise during installation. My only gripe was with the 3rd party fitter who did not give 100% commitment during installation, rushing off to other projects leaving us with several days when they were not on site. The product is excellent quality and the finish is excellent and makes a stunning addition to our recently extended house.”

“the installation was hampered by the wrong sink being supplied and also the wrong tap. Additionally the splashback was only part supplied and the design layout is causing a issue with the fridge freezer as when the door is opened the handles hit the wall restricting the ability to pull out the drawers. However the installation team did an brilliant job in over coming these set backs.”

“We are very happy with the final results ! Alex ( designer ) and Pete ( Fitter ) were excellent , easy to converse with, flexible in their approach and accommodating in their actions when small changes were required live. Liz ( Customer services / Production co-coordinator ) was easy to deal with and attentive. All round a good compnay with a personal feeling. In fact the only thing i saw wrong was the email sent to me to complete this survey , addressing me as Neil ! :-) thank you for a job well done. Martin & Allison”

“Fineline was recommended to me by a friend and I'm certainly glad I went ahead with them to install my new kitchen. From the initial consultation, surveyors visit to the intallation, all was done very professionally and in a friendly manner putting you at ease. The was a large choice of units/work tops/splashbacks etc and all are to a very hIgh standard. I wanted to use a company that dealt with all aspects including plastering and electrics, this was done as part of thier process, which meant the new kitchen went smoothly. I'm very pleased with the outcome and it's a pleasure to go into the kitchen to prepare meals. Thank you again”
