“Paid over Ā£8 for next day delivery, never again. I communicate with the company via email to express my disappointment, I was met with a poor attitude in their response and I havenāt had a reply after that. Item has arrived itās a lot smaller than description, feels heavy and seems good quality however smaller than expected. Unfortunately I wont be purchasing from Find me a gift again.”
“If you charge a customer for Next Day Delivery, in 2025, there is a reasonable expectation it will happen. If the package is also not actually trackable, and delivered two days late, one has the right to be disappointed, surely?”
“It was not easy to find a perfect wooden laptop desk with mouse pad, mobile phone slot and natural ventilation (holes in place where laptop is placed) for the laptop. Luckily I found it on Find me a Gift and purchased straight away, knowing that bamboo desks are made from natural materials and thus the best for a laptop that quickly gets hot. Looks exactly like on the website, so no unpleasant surprises. What's more Find Me a Gift shop did a great job, sending me my desk very fast, delivered by a courier. Well packed and a great quality of a product showed me how good choice I made. This shop is one of my favourites now, highly reccommend!”

“Ordered (and paid extra for) a framed coat of arms, it arrived without the frame, emailed about this, they replied after 3 days asking for a picture if what was provided which I did, I've since emailed twice about this order abd received no reply. It was needed as a wedding gift in 3 days time so I'll have to find a frame myself now. Certainly won't be using this company ever again and I urge anyone else to think twice, terrible customer service! š””
