“I've purchased a 55 minute helicopter flight but although I have written asking you for informatation on where the nearest airport is to Stirling in Scotland,and how to contact the helicopter company I haven't received any response from you. Although we often see First Class mail being delivered within one working day, this is not guaranteed and can take 3-5 days. If you are still not in receipt of the order by 10th please let us know.
