“Items were as expected and were dispatched promptly but 1 arrived crushed due to poor packaging as was just thrown in a soft Jiffy bag which is not sufficient protection for delicate items if you’re choosing to deliver through the EVRI system. Unfortunately this is now a gift I can’t give so therefore a waste of time and money and I’ll need to replace.”

“Disappointed. Purchased personalised items (birth flower bullet vases) which came with scratches & marks on the glass, were poorly engraved & one vase didn't sit straight (wobbled). Contacted Find Me A Gift 3 times as per their website guidleines over a 3 weeks period (no telephone numner unfortunately). Will see how long refund takes. Would have given one star but other items were satisfactory.”

“Next day delivery is a joke!
I paid extra to have guaranteed next day delivery. When it didn’t arrive the next day I checked the small print to see it was next “working “ day. Parcel didn’t arrive on Monday but I got a message from Evri to say they were expecting my parcel. It didn’t arrive on Tuesday either. I complained to Find me a gift. They refunded me £1.00!!! An insult. Not only would that not even buy a stamp, it was far short of the £3.45 I’d paid. Parcel eventually arrived Wednesday afternoon. Well after the birthday date!”
