As easy as life seem to be, when you have to make a choice and you do not make it, that itself is another choice, you have to do this, it has its consequences and that is actually the fact that you actually know whoever they are unto apart from you and WWW ACUTEBOLT COM and you considering that done because not doing it also has consequences.

If I could give them a zero I would! I have emailed twice about Christmas gifts I haven't received and got an automated message back. Also people can't contact them by phone as its automated again and then hang up. Still waiting for a response and order! 😡

I ordered a frame for a new baby and it turned out terrible. I asked them to leave the last line bland and they wrote that on the frame. Would not recommend using this site. No quality check

Website says enter your details for a discount code, no code arrives and it's not possible to input a code anyway. Seems scammy.

Purchased the Bear Family poster. Confusing ordering process as you can choose up to 8 bears but once you have selected the required amount there isn’t an option to choose ‘no bear’. This lead to a few emails to clarify our order. Upon arrival, although the quality is ok the poster included 2 pet bowls (we do not have pets). Emailed to clarify and told that this was the design. It makes the poster look very odd so we won’t be hanging it up any time soon.

So far 3 of the items are out of stock when I ordered 2 weeks ago, 2 of them will be backnin stock with the company 23rd December. Numerous emails - which I suppose is good but how difficult is it to cancel the out of stock item, refund and continue with the rest x 2 and then to have another email about it. Frustrating

Recently bought a silver plated jewellery box with engraved message on the top. Engraving very poor quality and jewellery box smaller than I thought it was. Received in post when expected, but pitty about engraving.

I received my purchase of naming a star but they misprinted it. It has been over two weeks and three messages and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back about rectifying the situation. The name doesn’t even make sense they should’ve seen that. I won’t be purchasing again they take the mick

Gift Port/Newspaper .. relevant Birthday for my 60 year old son. Received in good time, very happy with overall presentation, except for a bad soiling mark on FRONT page of paper, it wasn't an 'age related' mark but a 'handling' one. I contacted the office and spoke to a woman. I was complimentary regarding the overall presentation except for the soiling mark, I asked if she could forward me another paper... that I would return the soiled one. The woman instructed me to 'photograph' it and send it on by email .. I explained I was 82 years old and not familiar with technology/computers and had no idea how to accomplish the task she suggested, I explained that normally one of my adult grandsons would have assisted me, but because of Corona Lockdown that wasn't possible. The woman became irritated and I became upset at her persistent/instructions that I didn't understand... I couldn't believe it when she put the phone down on me. In my younger years I was a Private Secretary working in varied business concerns, and there were many occasions when conversations with customers, business people, required the right approach to solve a problem... at no time did I ever decide that cutting off the complainant was acceptable... IT ISN'T! The woman's job was to assist me, it was not my fault that the gift was stained/marked and time was running out to replace it... my Sons 60th birthday was very special to not only him, but myself as his Mother. Very disappointed that 'all's well' didn't 'end' well!

Terrible customer service have waited over a month. Items lost and not forthcoming for replacement. They get your money and if something goes wrong they do nothing about it. Appalling.

I made an order on 21st of June, 1 item out of the 4 was personalised. 3 of the items arrived a couple of fays after ordering however the 4th personalised item was supposedly shipped on the 26th June and it is now the 10th and no sign of Hermes (the courier) emailing to tell me where is it or when it is coming.I have emailed today and spoke to a very nice lady called Katy who offered me a refund which i was content with even though i no longer have a present for my sisters birthday which was on the 30th of June.This rating would of been 1 star if it wasn't for her.

I ordered a present for a birthday a week ago. It was due to be delivered two days ago and I still have not received it. I tried ringing them yesterday and was told I’m position 33 in the queue so I requested their offer of a callback. Did not receive any call back. Have tried ringing them this morning to be told I’m position one for the last 30 minutes. Have just checked the website and seen that they are actually closed! I now have to go and find a present a few hours before the birthday party. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again and neither would I recommend to anybody else.

I ordered a personalised golf ball from my son’s to their dad for Christmas & was very disappointed with the quality, when it finally arrived-it’s a printed sticker on a golf ball!! I could have made 1 myself for a quarter of the price!! It would almost be laughable if it wasn’t a Christmas gift & it had arrived on time!!! I WON’T be ordering from them again & I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
