I appreciate if the order couldn't be fulfilled but to then have to wait 10 days for the refund doesn't seem right.

“Despite paying extra for next day delivery I still haven’t received my purchase one week on. According to their website it is still being ‘processed’. Had to buy something else now as they didn’t arrive in time for family party. There is no facility to cancel my order so I expect I will now need to pay more delivery to return it!!”
