“My booking experience was horrendous and I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I certainly wonât again.
The voucher didnât state that the offer was only for weekdays; it allowed me to book a Saturday. Once I had paid and booked and itâs non-refundable, they got in touch to say that I have to pick a week day. Once top of that, I had to manually book each of the parts of the set by calling to the provider myself. Then, the service provider struggled to redeem it & I just forwarded all 3 different emails with various codes find me a gift sent, so that they can try all of them and see which one works ( the one that was supposed to, didnât). Then, on the day, each piece of the service asked me to pull up that voucher again because they donât communicate with each other (and that is terrible because I donât which of the sent numbers was the real one). On top of that, the activity store email wasnât working for 2 emails I sent & the date I had initially booked (that their page allowed to book) was not actually allowed to be booked in advance, so I had to wait a month to make the booking.
Just call the provider directly, this voucher service is useless.”
