“I have no idea how good the products are as they haven't been delivered. You use EVRI as your courier - currently rated as the worst delivery provider in UK. They lose 22,000 parcels every day. My parcel was out for delivery on Wednesday, then returned to the depot. No news since then. Obviously, I am not impressed and very unhappy.”

To make matters worse, the box of chocolates arrived damaged—ripped and squashed. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both the service and the packaging.
Given this experience, I am unlikely to order from your company again.”
