Our order said it was at the Weymouth branch and when we went to collect on a day the shops online hours stated they were open the shop was closed. We then made another trip in and the order had no record of being placed in the branch yet I have received several emails confirming it and reminding me very disappointed wasted two journeys and wasn’t helped by staff

I ordered a diamond nose stud via click and collect only to arrive at the store to be told it wasn’t available…no apology given by the man other than it was your mistake! I asked to see the diamond earrings and was left unattended whilst he went off to deal with someone else and quite frankly I felt like I was in the movie pretty woman, I wasn’t good enough to be taken care of…the man had zero customer service skills and if wasn’t for the lovely ladies who took over, I would have left the shop in absolute disgust! Needless to say that my daughter will not be receiving part of her present as the store have had to order it in! I will not be using this shop again!

Ordered a diamond ring on the 19th of May 2023 and went 9th of June 2023. No ring had been ordered. Found that the shop assistant thought we had the ring from the shop. But the one that should have been ordered was a size 'p' ring. Bigger size. To get my money back was not straightforward. It was as if I was pulling a scam but it was F.Hinds pulling a fast one. You are lucky that I have to give you a star it should be zero. We then went to another jewellery shop and received a very professional service. We have confidence in F.Hinds!

So disappointed with the Bangle I bought. The engraver returned our bangle bent and out of shape. Even the staff were embarrassed. Doubt if I will ever buy from this shop again.

Poor first experience. My daughter bought some earring which in the window were advertised at £9.95 and once run though the till and we were told the total we were charged £12.99 for them. The person on the till did mumble something about them being a different price but not what it was. Bit embarrassing to change your mind when your presented with the card machine and an unexpected total. If prices have changed update the displayed prices. Doubt we will return.

I have had to wait over 5 weeks for this 'click and collect' item. This is very bad. The shop manager where I was to collect did his to get it for me but fell at each attempt. My grandson's birthday has now passed!

Took a watch in for a simple battery replacement. Less than a week later 3 screws had dropped out of the back casing (casing was also refitted 180 degrees the wrong way round). Returned to another F. Hinds branch to get it resolved, only to be made to feel I was trying my luck and it was unlikely their fault! Unhelpful, poor workmanship, zero ownership.

I’ve been a regular client of FH Hinds for years now. I dropped 2 expensive watches off 6 weeks ago and have been informed they were lost in transit. I am still waiting for a satisfactory outcome.

Have been purchasing items from F.Hinds Crawley for a while now. On request for a gift receipt, the Manager at the time very rudely mentioned that it was too late and the receipt had been printed. She was only able to provide the receipt with areas made obscure, very shabbily, with black ink. This is the second occasion that she has exhibited such behaviour and this does not reflect well. Not sure if we will use you anymore.

I needed a battery for my Radly watch for which I had bought from F Hinds but they had to send to away has the assistant in the shop could not take the back off to replace the battery The watch had not had much wear has I have a few watch to choose from and it not my everyday watch so it was in good condition On the condition of the watch the assistance put the paper work a few scuffs on the back which was minimal On return off my watch I found now the back of the watch has two deep scratches for which was not there before I know it is on the back and not noticeable when it is on my wrist but I think this is bad when nothing was pointed out to me So I am sorry to say one star and I will not be returning for replacement batteries anymore

Purchased two pen refills described as being suitable for Cross ballpoint pens. As these pens are stocked by Hinds I would have expected that there would be some knowledge in store as to which refills were suitable & the correct refills stocked. This is obviously not the case as the refills purchased are the wrong size.

I have not purchased anything from F HINDS JEWLLERS. Please clarify who you are and what my purchase was !!!! After digging deep on Google I have seen that F HINDS owns Chappele Jewellery. How was I supposed to know that. Panicked. Service was excellent.

Very unhelpful staff in the shop. The assistant who served me, gave me the wrong instructions with my new watch, also I had to ask a watch. Repair shop to sort out the mess your shop made when you removed links from the new watch bracelet.
