I saw The Empire Strips Back in DC. The show, choreography, dancers and set were exceptional!!! The reviews made it seem like there was going to be a story-line and that it was hilarious. So, I was anticipating a more elaborate plot or story line. There was none. There was a host (Lando-character) that hyped up the crowd with a bit of humor then he would hype up the next act. It was all fine, and like I said, all of the acts were phenomenal. My only real issue is the venue itself. Considering this show is selling out every night they should've opted for a nicer theater. I was on the third row and couldn't see anything once they kneeled or went down to the floor. It was super cramped and the stage was very small. This show deserves a much bigger and much nicer stage! How about an actual auditorium?

My wife & I went to a Fever Christmas concert in 2023 at the beautiful Trinity Church in downtown Denver. The four musicians were excellent, but the venue was only about 15% full, perhaps sadly due to over-priced tickets. Those musicians deserved a fuller house, it would have been a perfect concert for families, but again the tickets were too expensive.

Poor response from customer service to a enquiry that could have been resolved easily. The venue and the staff at venue were great, friendly and polite.

The whole experience was alright, their performance was brilliant. Also we expected to have an orchestra not just a quartet, we really missed the grand piano ! My husband wasn't allowed to get in as he was late looking for a parking place. The attendand suggested to ask for a refund for one of the tickets. Is that possible, please? Thank you.

The prompt response was appreciated however I did arrive early 18:30 as per your email but was told the only seating was allocated and not first come first served. Consequently along with many others was disappointed with the arrangements.

It's been a bit of a rocky start. My first attempt to book a ticket was unsuccessful since despite selecting a clear date the ticket set for the day I purchased it half an hour prior to the time it was purchased. Fortunately I was apply to raise my concerns to them and by the end of the day I was apply to exchange that ticket for the one I actually needed. So I will use the app again but this had better not be a recurring issue.

I went to one of their candlelight concerts and it was great. Got tickets to another event and they canceled it and only gave vouchers instead of real refunds. This is conjecture, but it seems like they take your money for tickets before actually planning the event (note how the event location is often marked as “secret.”)
