“Responded to my email very quickly. I have never attended a fever concert before and had a question about seating, as I purchased my tickets separately. Seating is on a first come first served basis, so the advice is get there early. The email conversation was left open so I could ask further questions if required, I didn't, but nice to have the option. Looking forward to attending the concert.
