“Scam company. I bought tickets and paid extra for the ability to cancel/refund up until 48 hours. I emailed them to cancel IN ADVANCE of the required 48 hours. Rather than canceling immediately, they kept sending automated responses. When they got back to me a week later, after the event, they refused to give me a refund saying it was then not more than 48 hours in advance. Ummm...my email is dated in advance of the 48 cancelation deadline....yet they ignored that and delayed THEIR response until after the cancelation deadline had passed. Slimey. They refused the refund entirely.”
“Couldn’t make event and they would not transfer to another event or give any sort of refund!
Will never do business with this shady organization ever again!
Terrible customer service also. Had to wait weeks for a response.”
“They have zero customer service and don’t allow you to change date or time without charging you a crazy rebooking fee. Whole thing is a scammy company with no number to call or any person to talk to, avoid if you can. Ticketmaster is better and I hate Ticketmaster so that’s saying something”
“Please beware of purchasing tickets with Fever! The experiences are different from what is described; you will be issued with the wrong band of tickets, and you will not get your money back.”
“I hate complaining but I really have had a dreadful experience with no one helping at all.
I had a problem when ordering tickets and lost my discount code as result.
I asked for refund so I cld reorder. I was told that it wld take 10 days and was offered VIP tickets which I foolishly accepted.
I cannot access them. I have now been told you don't do refunds.
Cld I emphasise that I did pay an extra £3.00 to have a cancellation/refund option.
I cannot seem to get it understood that I do not want VIP tickets that I can't use.
I want a full refund so I can reorder tickets.
I am just being told the same thing over and over ...no help whatsoever.
I feel I am speaking to a mindless machine....maybe I am but pls can someone with a brain help me now.
I am desperate to get this sorted. It is ridiculous and so stressful.
Pls cancel vip tickets issue refund and leave the rest to me.
Thank you”
“We went to the Nutcracker holiday concert at the Polo fields country club in Ann Arbor. Big mistake! We have been to three previous concerts in Birmingham and they were fantastic! Beautiful ambience, and good seating and overall run very well by the staff. Do not waste your time going to the polo country club in Ann Arbor. The seating is terrible, the ambience is just silly and we were seated in an area where we could hear people in the dining room, yelling and dishes clattering and we paid for the B- seating, which is quite nice in Birmingham. We could not see the musicians because we were seated off to the side. I will never attend one of these concerts again in Ann Arbor.”
“I will never use or buy from this company again. I bought 2 x 80 euro tickets and have this voucher. I bought another ticket with another voucher. I asked for the 80 euro voucher expiry date to be pushed to January and instead they decreased the voucher thinking I bought the other ticket with the 80 euro voucher. Now I've a 40 euro voucher enough for one ticket and they took 40 euro from me. I'm battling with appalling rude customer service who will not listen even though I've a screen shot from 9th Dec of the 80 euro voucher and the other 3 ticket was bought in nov. Why would the other voucher state 80 euro if I was supposed to have bought it with that voucher. Clearly I bought the third ticket with another voucher. Anyway they took 40 euro from me. These was gifts from my partner and I. Now I'm not going at all as I've only one ticket voucher. 80 euro wasted. To go I'll have to buy another ticket and I don't trust that they will take more money.”
“I would leave 0 starts if I could. The event was canceled without letting us know. We traveled from another state to attend this event and bought tickets way in advance (September 28th). We were dismissed at the door, and there was no email about the canceled event, which would have prevented us from going. We could have canceled hotels, especially because another event was scheduled for the time and the venue, which we were told was sold out. Why could you not send an email?
Also, we were told by someone at the door that we could write an email to get reimbursed for parking, but this was not true I emailed, but I got a response that they do not reimburse for canceled events.”
“Really poor service. They cancelled my ticket for an event without reason with 10 days to go. Then went I went to re-book they had sold out of the "VIP" ticket which I had originally purchased. When re-booking, they only had standard tickets left. I used a voucher they gave me for my new standard ticket, but had to fight for a refund for the difference between the price of the original ticket I purchased and the new cheaper ticket. I would recommend people avoid Fever if possible. I've now lost out on the additional perks from the VIP ticket and had to deal with the stress of fighting for a refund due to their incompetency.”
“This company is terrible - avoid at all costs. I bought a ticket for an event in London and my car broke down that morning so I could
not attend and they would not allow me to change the date of my ticket as I did not give 48 hours notice! How was I supposed to in this situation? They just want more money and there is no legitimate reason that they could not offer a transfer and I have still not had a satisfactory explanation of why they have this policy - they lie and change their story all the time, first of all they say it is the organiser’s fault but then refuse to tell you who this is so you can’t complain to anyone then they say the T&C are that the tickets are non amendable which is not true! What is the real reason? Just seems like greed to me”
“My family was stuck in traffic due to a car accident and saw that we were going to miss the ticketed start time for our event so I researched their policy for rescheduling and submitted a request that complied to all stated requirements, before the start time on our tickets. Gustavo in customer service refused our request and would not honor the stated policies on their website which I cited. I explained that his position constituted deceptive and unfair business practices which is prohibited under the Consumer Protection Act, and he still refused to reschedule us for another available time on another date. We are now submitting a claim with the WA State Attorney General's Office and taking it to formal mediation. Such a waste of time and money. Find tickets elsewhere!!”
“I paid £70 for two tickets to an event in my local city. They cancelled the event and kept the money. I was offered the chance to pick a different event if I picked something within 60 days. Nothing else was of interest. So their business model whiffs of scam in my opinion and my direct experience. Avoid - too risky”
“Was sold expired tickets. And was so time consuming to get a refund. They just weren't excepting that it was an error on their part. Had it been not for my persistence I would not have received a refund. Terrible customer service at Zendesk.”
“Good site - prompt reply to my queries .
Paid for ‘refundable purchase’ in case anything needed changing .
I did have to change the tickets and was offered a credit but on reminding them of the refundable purchase option I took out I then got a prompt refund so very happy with the Customer service”
