“Customer service issue: Train strike meant I couldn't use tickets to a fever event. Hadn't been paying attention to train situation till day before. Their policy is you can alter until 48 hours before the event. This was 24 hours before. Customer service assistant Lealyn was easy to reach fast on the phone and friendly and professional. She explained that they try to be flexible with the policy when there's a strike and not to worry. Within 15 minutes I had a voucher to rebook the event at a date that worked for myself and the other two ticketholders. Issue solved quickly, flexibly, in a friendly way. Well done.”
