I bought tickets for a group of nurses to attend an event which due to Covid, we had to cancel. We had paid £330 for our tickets and we could not get refund. Instead, Fever agreed to keep our credit to be used in future. We manged to use £116.40 of our credit. We then booked another event for £159.00 which unfortunately due to falling sick with Covid we had to cancel the event. A few months later when tried to rebook another event we realised the £159.00 was never credited back. When contacted the team regarding our cancellation, they said they had no evidence of cancellation and asked us for cancellation reference that was never issued. While the issue was due their system fault, they really didn't want to put any effort to rectify the issue. After many emails back and for they confirmed having £24.60 Voucher as well as £6.09 in the wallet that both could be used to purchase for any events" the email confirmation did not emphasis on any expiry date of this credit. A few months later when tried to use the remaining £30.69. We were told that the vouchers were expired. This is real rip off While most decent companies showed appreciation for nurse’s hard work during the Covid Pandemic and were offering nurses discounts and free tickets to many events, Fever robbed £189.69 from us nurses. Please avoid Fever there are far better companies to book tickets than this scam.

Fever is a con. They took my money for tickets to the cinema. Turns out no discount was applied. Anyway when I tried to use it at the cinema they said it does not work. I paid myself for the tickets. I then emailed and called fever to let them know the code did not work and I need a refund to which they said they do not provide refunds. Even though the code did not work? They refused to deal with the queries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased candle light concert tickets (premium seats and 10 min early they closed venue door and the jerk of security guard wouldn’t even acknowledge us and then 10 min later said we were late. Tickets wasted with money and FEVER never responded - no refund or offer to move to another show

This company was on my debit card for "Go City" tickets in Los Angeles. I have never been to Los Angeles, and did not authorize this transaction. But we can't do a chargeback because of some junk verification system they have that says I did this transaction. Scam company. They will steal your money and you have no recourse. Stay away at all costs.

Beware of using their website. I bought tix to a special event on Mothers Day and the tickets defaulted to the day I purchased them. I had to spend an additional $150 for the same tickets and the website again processed my payment in error and added a 4th ticket. The customer service can do nothing for you, but expressed that they felt really bad for me and my experience. I called 5 times and finally had to buy my ticket A 4TH TIME!!!!! My bet is this company does not make it too much longer. Horrible

Customer service took long to answer my questions initially. Then they cancelled last minute. I was given the opportunity to reschedule if I did so by a certain date. I did, and they wouldn't allow it. I rescheduled again. Had an emergency. I was offered a voucher. But I was charged too much on top of that. I could never call and get through to a person. Their staff must not be too bright. It's like pulling teeth to get answers. I will NEVER book an event again if it's run through them. I wish I had read all the horrible BBB reviews before doing so.

I was charged twice for tickets and Fever admitted that their system has a billing flaw. They admitted to making a mistake yet still took our money, it's unbelievable! They are actually stealing from people. I will be disputing our charge with VISA so we will likely get our money back but I still wanted to warn everyone about this scam company. The concert was great but this ticketing company that the venue used, is a complete scam.

totally rigid and uncompassionate. last minute my son fell sick and i had requested for a change in date for the harry potter experience. submitted the medical cert for consideration but none was given at all. Had i known there was no chance i would have given the tickets away rather than wait for the outcome. i would not book with them or thru ever again.

I had tickets for Friday 4/26/24 @ Bok auditorium, however, due to a severe lack of information regarding parking availability I lost 100.00 because we couldn't finding parking!!! It's in a residential neighborhood in SOUTH PHILLY! I would never have purchased these tix for this location if this was clear. I was not alone, so many people finally gave up after looking for over an hour. Never again! And it was for my birthday!

Horrible service they gave two fucls about you. And only price every event expense as if it's worth it. Jurassic Park was disgusting and never again with them! They don't care

If I could have rated it less than one star, I would have. I am out $250. This was my third time booking a Fever event. I’ll never do it again. I feel like I gambled and lost rather than purchased tickets for an event. I have complained to the better business bureau.

Purchased 2 tumblers at $24 each, super overpriced but figured, it's a special event might as well splurge a little. The tumblers were nowhere to be seen at the event, no apologies or acknowledgment was given. When I contacted them about this issue, after more than a dozen emails their only "solution" was vouchers to use at another event by the end of the year. They couldn't provide me with what I paid for and now expect me to spend more money because of their incompetence.

It's very strange rules there in this entertainment ticket platform. The tickets cannot be returned even it's more then a month left before the arrangement. I do recommend to find more flexible app to buy the tickets. Have had a bad experience with the Fever. I will definetely use it again.

They wouldn't return my money when I accidentally reserved a second table for a restaurant even though the restaurant said Fever would. They also would NOT let me use that money to book for another day. Unhelpful and honestly robbery.

So I reviewed a recent experience explaining that despite my being disabled and evidencing this I was made to wait outside a venue for almost half an hour because myself and my daughter had arrived minutes after the start of a performance I’d purchased tickets to see. Then to be told categorically and with some arrogance that we would not be given entry and to take it up with the ticket provider. I have emailed and live chatted, both shutting down any option of any solution, the response to my review was met with contact us yet this company have absolutely no intention of offering any form of solution - they take your money and you can go sing if you think they are going to refund or transfer tickets as a solution option!!! Out of pocket to the tune of £109.50 to be exact and can honestly say minus zero as a rating would be mine! Joke of a company, have it it’ll be the last from me!!!! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing from your company if you have the tickets away!!

1. I lost my bag there with all my cards and keys. I'm not allowed to go through it to look for it. Not even with accompaniment. I could pay for a new ticket and then I can go through again. 2. If you want Corona, you should go there. The groups are too large and there is no ventilation. 3. Overall, it's cheaply made. It's not worth it. There are no deeper facts or insights. Quite cheap... 1. ich habe dort meine Tasche verloren mit allen Karten und Schlüsseln. Ich darf nicht dadurch, um danach zu suchen. Auch nicht mit Begleitung. Ich könnte ein neues Ticket zahlen, dann kann ich ja nochmal durchgehen. 2. Wer Corona will sollte dahin gehen. Die Gruppen sind zu groß und es gibt keine Belüftung. 3. Insgesamt ist es billig gemacht. Es lohnt sich nicht. Es gibt keine tiefergehenden Fakten oder Erkenntnisse. Ganz billig halt…

I booked tickets for Titanic Museum in Chicago 3/24 and paid $134 for 4 tickets. There was no availability for Saturday or Sunday and when I contacted Fever they said it sucks to be me and I will not be getting a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest you do the same if you share my experience with this scam company.
